this is number three purchase from back market everyone has been very smooth and good quality products my last one here has a little chip in the top and returning for a another one, however it's a little lengthy process to return your phone. and I do recommend getting your phone insurance through back market not a kkko or echelon

Regardless of shortcomings, it's hard to beat the price. TLDR: I had to fix an issue with the lens cover caused by improper adhesive placement. The only issue that I had was that the lens cover on the back of the phone would not sit flush which meant that dust could get underneath and onto the internal lenses which is not good. Lucky for me, I'm pretty handy and confident when it comes to electronic repairs so I took the lens cover off to see why it wouldn't sit flush. Turns out the adhesive was not positioned correctly and was getting pinched along the edges, causing it to be slightly raised. I cut off the excess and reapplied it which pretty much fixed the issue. The phone was said to be in "excellent" condition but I can't fully agree. Most people wouldn't want to deal with this especially on an "excellent" condition order.(Which is the option I chose.) Quality assurance really needs to check these details as this is not the first time I've had an issue with adhesive being the cause of a problem. Not a deal breaker for me but it could be for someone else.

Im old snd did not realise a screen protector not included. Duh on both ends of sale; but i guess u can only sell refurbished not new stuff.

Not bad at all! Nice case that does its job. Interesting effect from having my hair recently dyed, the color from the dye would stain my fingers a little and then the white case would absorb the color. It looks kind of pretty to be honest, but sure was a shock before I figured out why it happened!

Great idea, but unfortunately started falling apart the first week. Left too button gap hole broke first and the whole top left corner broke the next day. Keep working on making this more durable and I will buy the next attempt! Beautiful sturdy case and love love love that it is compostable.. just need the thin parts to be reinforced/sturdier so that it can last!

This phone was listed as fair yet in my books, it is in excellent condition. Highly recommend to buy all my devices here. I have bought a Mac Pro air, I watch and now this I phone. Amazing! You will not be disappointed and they back it up for 12 months!

I feel that for the price I paid for the case it was a reasonably good one. It was very easy to slip on the phone and stayed put once it was on. My only complaint is I wish it had been colored instead of clear. However, for the price I paid, I can live with the clear one. I am satisfied with what I have.

It is so hard for me to find cases that fit my Motorola Edge+ (2020). The ones I can find, typically are thick and industrial looking. Finally, I was able to find a simple, but cute case that fits perfectly and does the job! I love the flat top and bottom, but still have the curved edge of the screen. Great product, I feel lucky to have found it

The case is surprisingly very well made with rigid corner and screen perimeter bumpers, yet feels soft grippy and hands down elegant. The white color is a nice touch. Overall excellent case that does not smell of heavy chemicals.
