    There's nothing wrong with the service. That was fine. The computer I ordered is so slow, I might as well have kept my old one! This was supposedly a refurb in good condition. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I am not satisfied with this computer at all. :(

    The Mac OS that was on the machine upon unboxing had all kinds of errors and was quite buggy. I’m now in the process of booting the computer into recovery mode and reinstalling Mac OS. Frustrating experience and makes me wonder if the computer came shipped with malware?
