I am really enjoying this phone! Of course, getting used to a flip phone takes some practice...but I used to love my LG flip back in the days when we ALL had flip phones! The service from BackMarket was great, the packaging good and the phone seems to be in superb condition.

Have brought Samsung galaxy s22 ultra mobile from back market. The phone has been in excellent condition, with no major scratches or dent. Looks pretty new. Have been using this for the past one week before having the review written. Has been really impressive. It's an factory unlocked version and works great 👍

Fabulous! Ordered Samsung S23 Ultra from Back Market and couldn't be more pleased. Phone arrived promptly and existing number and data including my dozens of apps transferred without any problems as well as all data. Did not include a charger but did include a charging cable. This was described in the advertisement. Phone appears new and works absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend Back Market!

I really loved this phone. I have had it almost a year and half. I did unfortunately drop it [several times] and finally the screen broke. So I'm bummed and it's my fault. But this has been a good phone

just a little upset I have to wait longer for a phone because the phone I received was defective. I have to go out of my way to go to the post office yo return it. and who knows how long before I receive the phone. the phone was a gift and kinda embarrassing that it didn't work when we went to activate it. I purchased the same phone for myself a few weeks prior with no problems with the activation the phone worked fine. this phone was having network issues. it wouldn't stay connected. I hope to get the phone replaced.

This phone is in perfect condition! No visible flaws, the battery is in great shape, lasting through the day and still having 40% or so left at night even with streaming. I have had it for a year and love it. The camera is super. I ordered a phone from here this year for my wife.

I ordered a "fair" grade S20 ultra, and I swear on my life I cannot find a single flaw on this phone whatsoever, and the function is seamless. I will definitely be a returning customer to Backmarket! Thank you!

The phone came in great condition! I really love it. It came fast too! It's affordable and I'm glad I was able to come across it from here.

First time buying from Back Market, had some issues with my payment in regards with my bank but it arrived a day prior to what BM estimated (but not as UPS did, that's the one that matters). I bought a fair condition S23U, the screen was heavily scratched in the left side where the thumb usually goes, the tip of the S Pen was usable but I'm still getting replacements as well as a Dommed glass screen protector which supposedly, as it uses glue, covers or fills the scratches. I would have loved to receive or even check the phone specs during the whole process, once you pay for it you can't check whether it was waterproof still.
