The laptop was not properly erased and still had the admin password saved somewhere in the hard drive which stopped me from updating. Luckily Apple was able to help me and I haven’t had anymore problems

absolutly incredible deal. The machine was like new and it was in near new condition, and it was ready to be a constant companion loaded with plenty of software. A very powerful machine for the money.

I love it! I got my Mac in fair condition and it came with a charger included! It runs very well thus far and there’s barely any noticeable scuffs or scratches. I’ll be returning to purchase more off of backmarket!

Had it for a few weeks now. I was a bit skeptical at first, given that I’d never heard of BackMarket. Seemed to good to be true. I ordered one in “good” condition. It arrived in better condition than I thought. It was practically brand new out of the box. Love it so far! Shipping was right one time. I ordered it on a weekend, with a holiday the following Monday, still arrived on time. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

Loving my Macbook! Got it in fair condition so I expected it to have major damages (given how my "good" condition iPhone 12 from Lastoftheloot, another Back Market seller, came)...that was NOT the case! There is one very tiny micro-scratch on the back, but you don't notice it if you're not looking for it. Same for a tiny spot at the bottom of the screen--its small and you can't notice it. Runs perfectly, battery life's great. If this is fair condition, then I can't imagine how the good or excellent can be better! Will definitely order from this seller again.

Product arrived in better condition than what was described. Battery had good health, screen had no cracks or damage, and performed better than I expected. Great experience! Everyone is pushing the M1 chips but a high RAM (16 - 32Gb) core i5 or i7 does the job for me. I do mostly heavy video editing and light photography editing.

The MacBook is AMAZING. There were a few signs of cosmetic wear on the outer housing but for a condition of Fair, this exceeded my expectations. No issues with the screen and the battery is holding up well. Definitely recommend this seller.
