I bought an iPhone 12 64GB - Black - Unlocked in "Excellent" condition and I would say it functions very well after using it for a couple of weeks. There are some scratches on the edges/sides of the phone (not obstructing the front screen and now covered by my iPhone case) and a small, light 1 cm crack/scratch on the front screen though that I personally wouldn't consider in "Excellent" condition since on the product page it says "Excellent" would have "Almost no signs of use" on the body. Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone, appreciate the aspect of saving money and trying to be sustainable with purchasing used/refurbished products, and would probably order a product from Back Market again in the future.

1st refurbished phone I’ve bought. I was skeptical. I ordered the highest quality , premium. The phone had one very minor nick on the side so small I feel bad even mentioning it & it’s covered with my case on. The battery health is actually at 100%. Would I purchase here again? Absolutely 100%. Saved myself a few hundred and works just as good with no loss in battery health. Not only that, my phone came two days earlier than what was expected.

Delivery was faster than expected and condition of the phone I ordered in “good” condition was more like pristine. Son was very happy with his Christmas gift. This is my 2nd purchase from BackMarket and while it is too early to determine if the battery will last, I have had my other refurbished phone for several months and am still satisfied with it.

I’ve never purchased anything refurbished or anything off backmarket either. Decided to get a 12 Pro in fair condition and this thing looks almost brand new! Battery above 80% and everything works as it should, I’m satisfied :)

I love this phone! And I'm super happy with the speed of my delivery and ease of shipping and set up. My one complaint is I ordered an excellent quality phone but it had a scratch on the bottom front. I didn't think it would have any, but I do have it covered in a case so I wont notice. I do appreciate the quality of the camera and screen is perfect. Everything works perfectly. Just physical imperfection.

The phone is great and arrived within the timeframe we were told. The phone seems to not hold a charge as long as other phones. Overall it was a great deal. I use back market for all of our family phone needs.

Came as advertised. As a low level user for an extra phone cannot comment on much. But it looks good, no damage, functions for everything I need and the speed is noticeably better than the SE version 2016

So far so good. Condition was as good as I couldve hoped for, battery health at 100%, and works great. My one issue is with the visible network and getting it connected, after you input all information, it will not connect properly, which sucks because its part of the reason I spent so much on a new phone.
