I was worried it might be a scam, but it turned out to be a real deal. Back Market is a reliable source for refurbished phones. They responded quickly and professionally. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pre-owned phones. I got a used iPhone 15 Pro Max for my daughter from back market, I won't feel so back if she broke it or lose it.

I chose "good" condition and there were 2 chips on the iPhone, in the metal part of the phone not the screen. I guess that's what you get with a used phone tho. The phone itself works great and I am paying for $2.99 a month for insurance because it seems like it'll cover everything so I think that's a good deal. One thing I will say is the phone availability and price was changing pretty much daily and I did miss out on a better deal but that's ok I was dragging my feet on making the purchase bc it was the 1st refurbished thing I've bought. So if you see a good deal get it now! Overall I am happy with my purchase so far! I paid $265 for a black iPhone 12 64gb.

I bought an iPhone 12 64GB - Black - Unlocked in "Excellent" condition and I would say it functions very well after using it for a couple of weeks. There are some scratches on the edges/sides of the phone (not obstructing the front screen and now covered by my iPhone case) and a small, light 1 cm crack/scratch on the front screen though that I personally wouldn't consider in "Excellent" condition since on the product page it says "Excellent" would have "Almost no signs of use" on the body. Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone, appreciate the aspect of saving money and trying to be sustainable with purchasing used/refurbished products, and would probably order a product from Back Market again in the future.

I was so hesitant to buy a refurbished phone off Back Market. After losing my phone that I bought from Apple (and am still paying off), I knew I didn't want to spend the $1,300 on a brand new one AGAIN. The iPhone 14 pro max I bought of this site is EXCELENT. I purchased the "good" option, expecting it to come with a few scratches from a previous owner.... It's literally a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it and works absolutely perfectly. Not sure how this site does with other products outside of iPhones... but I will 100% be coming back when the time comes to purchase another.

This was my first experience with Back Market and it did not go off without a long hitch. The phone is fine now, but I was unable to transfer info into it. A call to Back Market's customer service only led to being given a phone number to Apple Support. That rep was wonderful, but we had to spend a lot of unnecessary time to walk through getting past the voiceover feature that the refurbisher left on. What should have taken a few minutes to set up this phone ended up taking almost 3 hours to do so.

I would never guess this is a refurbished phone! This phone is amazing and perfect. The battery last so long, I can almost go 2 days without charging it. I’m very happy with it and glad I found an affordable way to have an iPhone 14 Pro Max on Backmarket. 😁

So far so good. Bought an iPhone 12 in excellent condition. There was a pretty noticeable scratch on the screen but other that that definitely not bad for the price. This was a Christmas present for my young son as he needed an upgraded phone. Setup was as expected and so far everything is working great. Thank You!

The iPhone arrived in wonderful shape. It was above my expectations and works perfectly. This is my second purchase, my first being another iPhone with an Apple Watch combo, and that worked perfectly as well. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a phone or watch, to purchase from Back Market.

1st refurbished phone I’ve bought. I was skeptical. I ordered the highest quality , premium. The phone had one very minor nick on the side so small I feel bad even mentioning it & it’s covered with my case on. The battery health is actually at 100%. Would I purchase here again? Absolutely 100%. Saved myself a few hundred and works just as good with no loss in battery health. Not only that, my phone came two days earlier than what was expected.
