Great phone with no complaints so far. . My wife cracked her screen on her iPhone 11 and the cost to repair it properly through Apple was the same price as trading it in and buying this refurbished iPhone 12.

This iPhone 11 pro is a really good phone. Its refurbished pretty well, and as described. Minor blemishes on the screen & undetected when a screen protector is placed on the phone. 100% battery replacement. Its quick, battery lasts, and its a fantastic phone. 100% reccommend backmarket

Before purchasing this iPhone, I purchased a used MacBook Pro through BackMarket, and there were no visible signs of use with the product, and it overall felt like a fair price. However, with this new iPhone, I will be trading in my used iPhone 12 which is in much better condition, than this iPhone 13 that I had purchased through BackMarket. This iPhone works as expected and runs quite well, but the visible signs of wear and tear are quite disappointing in comparison to my recently purchased MacBook.

I bought an iPhone XR 128 GB on good condition the phone is good everything is working perfectly the only problem is the battery, I only used it for few days from the day of purchase but the battery health went from 96% to 78% within just a space of 4 days I didn’t even use it that much so I don’t understand I have to buy a new battery by myself on top of the amount that I spent on this phone

I ordered an iPhone SE (2022), 64GB, Excellent condition, from seller BuySaveRepeat. There seemed to be a small promotion, and the Excellent condition phone was the same price as the Good/Great quality. I paid a total of $185 (phone, tax, service fee; shipping was free), which is an incredible price. I received it 5 calendar days after ordering. The phone quality really was excellent - it looked brand new, no scratches or nicks anywhere. Battery health was at 100%. It's two weeks after I originally received it, and it's still functioning perfectly. I was a little nervous based on some of the other reviews I'd seen on this site, but this was a fantastic experience, and I will certainly be looking here for phones in the future.

Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. I will continue using Back Market.
