My phone came in perfect worder ans with only minor scratches. I will definitely be using back market in the future. I only wish I would have considered refurbished sooner. New seems pointless to me now.

The S21 is great. I had no problem transferring inforamtion form old phone. It moves much aster than my old phone. I love texting on it. I hae not figure the incoming call and call waiting yet but I am sure it will be not problem. Excellent phone even though it is refurbished. I will buy other things fro Back Market.

I bought this item spent $350 it said it would have micro scratches which is fine I understand it’s refurbished. Well I sent them a message with pictures there’s scratches all over my screen not micro scratches but deep scratches they said they could do a partial so I could get a case and screen protector or a full refund or replacement I tell them I want a partial because this isn’t worth $350 they state they are not allowed to give a partial refund and that I have the option to get a full refund or a replacement. Well why did you offer me partial In the beginning and then take it away? Now I had to wait 5 days for this phone for 2 days shipping I’ll have to send the phone back wait for it to reach them in a week wait a week for a refund or replacement after that so there’s a chance I’ll be without a phone for 3 weeks all because the phone has deep scratches and they now refuse to do a partial refund. Honestly it all feels like a scam at this point they offered me $111 for my iPhone 11 which is in perfect condition and then sent me this for $350 😭

I ordered excellent condition, just a few scratches on the edge of the build, but it's covered by the case.Perfect screen no scratches. Great refurbishing job, system works perfectly after having this for 2 weeks.

I recently purchased a Galaxy S22 Plus from BackMarket, and overall, my experience has been okay, but not perfect. The phone functions well and meets my needs, but I was a bit disappointed with the condition it arrived in. While I expected some wear and tear since it’s a refurbished device, the scratches around the edges especially near the charging port were more noticeable than I anticipated. It doesn’t affect the phone’s performance, but it does take away from the aesthetics. That said, everything else seems to be working fine. The screen is in good shape, and the phone runs smoothly. If you’re considering purchasing from BackMarket, I’d recommend checking the condition grading carefully and setting realistic expectations for cosmetic wear.

I recently purchased this refurbished Samsung S22 Ultra, and while I was initially excited, that excitement quickly turned to profound disappointment. The first mic didn't work at all. People couldn't hear me on calls, making the phone practically useless – which is, you know, the primary function of a phone! This is a major problem, especially since the description stated the phone was in good condition. To add insult to injury, I live in the Caribbean, so sending it back for repairs or replacement would cost me for shipping, I've made check to have it repaired which will cost me about $900.00 TT or $132.98 US. I feel incredibly frustrated. Not only did I receive a defective phone, but now I'm out even more money just to try and rectify the situation. I expected much better quality control from the supplier.

As a single mother to a child with special needs who also helps take care of my elderly parents to say money is tight is a gross understatement. This refurbished option coupled with PayPal's offer to split the payment was a life saver. I always have to be available and Back Market made it possible for me to not even skip a beat. Thank you for helping me. The phone is amazing and the nicest thing I've gotten myself in... I can't even remember. I recommend Back Market to everyone and will be returning for all my needs

The service with Back Market is excellent. Although refurbished, the phone arrived clean and looking brand new. I went from an old Samsung Note to this Moto G. I would have to say that after having a Samsung Note w/ stylus and having the Moto now, I would go back to the Samsung. But, I chose the Moto primarily because of affordability. I will say though, I like the weight (it's lighter). But, there are things that I find a little weird and awkward. Like the inability to quickly access your gallery photos. You have to go to the camera setting first and then press another button. And, not having the immediate access to actually get in the phone. At present, you have to swipe the screen several times to access. Just weird and odd. All this being said though, I would not hesitate to purchase through Back Market again—for another product.

Once again, Back Market has delivered a "like new" refurbished phone. The phone works flawless for now, and the delivery process was seamless. I'm so grateful for this company. Hopefully, they will never cease to exist.
