The phone arrived in secure packaging and it is in better condition than advertised! Great price for such an awesome phone. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. I would definitely recommend BackMarket and especially Cellphone Depot when considering the purchase of a refurbished phone.

This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

Awesome! Came in "Fair" condition, which was really just only one small nick. Came with a new battery, that is an apple battery as it is reading the battery health. Got an awesome trade in on my old device also. All in all, 10/10 for Backmarket and its team of independent refurbishers!

The phone arrived on time and in great condition. You wouldn't even know that it is refurbished. It looks and feels brand new. I will be recommending BackMarket to everyone needing a phone or other electronics.

I love the phone is like new. I like screen size and I was able to move all other phone information to new phone by Smart Switch only took about 2 hours. I have a lot on my old phone some I deleted off new phone. The picture quality is awesome it like watching 4K viewing. I love watching movies, YouTube videos and tik-Tok videos. If you purchased this refurbished phone, you will not be disappointed. The store BAck Market alway guaranteed there product and it has not failed me yet.

so far the quality is excellent. wouldn't even know it was refurbished. delivery on the other hand. paid for next day delivery, I did get it next day but, had to cancel appointments becouse delivery time kept being pushed back.

14 Pro Max came in 3 days in excellent condition and I was instantly happy. After a couple days I started to realize the screen they used to fix it wasn’t an Apple verified part in which an alert in the settings told me, but I was okay with that. I then began to notice the colors of the screen and apps were off compared to other 14 pro maxes and my pictures looked darker. Eventually the screen started to glitch and blackout. I has to return it and have them fix it because I bought insurance. They took a week to get back to me just to say they couldn’t fix it and I will be refunded. Disappointed but I would order again as I’ve ordered from Back Market plenty of times.

Ordered the phone it arrived in a couple of days. I was able to transfer all the data and apps off the old phone using the cable that was provided. Put the sim card in and i was up and running with no problems. Its been a couple of weeks and haven't had any issues. Very happy with the purchase.

I am in love with this phone! Best iPhone I’ve ever had… got a great deal on it since it’s 50 percent of the original 1/2k price tag brand new back when it came out… I am in love with the purple color and I love the fact that I can download as much as I want without having to worry about running out of space… also had no problems putting it onto the boost mobile network since I have been a loyal boost mobile customer since 2016…. Was super easy to put onto my carrier…
