So far I've had this phone for about 2 weeks and it works as any phone would. I haven't tested out all the normal features for the kind of phone it is, like water resistance, but overall it's fine. My only problem is the cameras look a little too sharp and when I switch from front facing photo to front facing video it looks like a completely different camera, I'm unsure if that's just a new samsung thing or if that's how it is refurbished.

I am very happy with my new Samsung A14. I had not been able to use it at first, but finally called my phone service company who sent me a new SIM card. Got it going, and it is working wonderfully. Thank y ou

the whole experience was seamless and great! couldn't have asked for a better experience. I purchased S21 Ultra 256gb Unlocked. while I was hesitant about buying a refurbished device, then my device showed up and all the hesitance went right away! will purchase from again !

The phone is great. It works perfectly, the camera is awesome and te phone's processing capabilities are in good condition. I always buy refurbished because it's cheaper and this product came on time and in great condition so, thank you!

I want to thank Back Market for my new phone. I got the excellent and that's exactly what was delivered to me not a single scuff mark anywhere scratch nothing it is perfect. I put my SIM card in and followed all instructions and everything seems to be good to go and I'm very excited I was so skeptical about ordering refurbished, because I have never gotten a refurbished phone. I'm glad that I went ahead and did it because I'm very happy thank you so much I would definitely recommend ordering from you guys.

Customer service very effective and helpful. The samsung S24 that I purchased works and looks brand new without any scratches or marks. I'm very satisfied with the product and service of my transaction.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my parent (gender neutral). I got an excellent quality one with 256 gb. they were not kidding when they said excellent, it looks brand new. my only gripe is that this phone is rather small compared to other samsungs but that is not a fault of this website. my parent used to have a samsung a15 which is a plain horrible phone but it's a lot bigger. It also is not fully unlocked? idk really t mobile said that some services may have troubles working. my parent said they may just switch their phone provider. Besides those small issues, this is a wonderful phone. it runs super smooth and look beautiful (i got a purple one)

I ordered 2 phones for my husband and I and both came in excellent condition and both locked to AT & T, which I was worried about, because we got an unlocked phone before that wouldn't work with our network, but these worked right out of the box, and flawlessly I may add! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely buy again!!

The first one I ordered was stuck in bootloader mode, had to return it and buy another. Jose from support was very helpful and knowledgeable. I've ordered at least 5 other phones in the past and this was my first time having a problem. Love being able to get like new phones at decent prices with a warranty.
