So far it’s been great. Visually it looks brand new. I’m glad I decided to check this place out because it bears even apples own refurbished prices by a lot. Only downside so far is the battery life says it’s at 83% so I’m not sure that the original battery was ever replaced or refurbished. That being said, I would still look here before elsewhere if I’m ever in the market again.

This computer made me jump directly from Catalina to Sequoia. So much has changed since Catalina, Sequoia being geared especially to users who lack organization. I can't believe the trouble I had to set up the most simple features to make my new computer "feel" like the old one. Thank goodness, I had Chat-GPT to answers all my questions. On the other hand, this new computer is slick, a pleasure to "handle," with a sound of great quality, compared to the tinny sound of my old computer (2013 if you please). I feel transported into a different world. To my great pleasure, it arrived to my place a couple of days earlier than anticipated. One thing I would have liked is a power adapter that has a USB port. I read so much about it. I just assumed it would have been included. I also miss the good old days of the extension cord that doubled the length of the power adapter cord. Unfortunately, refurbished units tend to cut corners in that department. The cord is way too short and the adapter slips off the power strip if I look at it the wrong way. Most annoying.

I was on the fence about this because I’ve never bought something from BackMarket before, let alone a MacBook Pro. I am very pleased to say that the laptop arrived in perfect condition. If the box said Apple on it I would think it’s brand new. The battery health is at 95% and there were no visible marks on the screen. I’ve had the laptop for about 3 weeks now and everything has been working perfectly. I bought the M1 Max 64GB with 2TB of ssd and I mainly work Davinci Resolve, Photoshop and Lightroom and so far it handles everything perfectly and I’ve never heard the fans even turn on. So all in all super happy with the purchase and the service!

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra for a few weeks now, and it’s exceeded my expectations! It handles multitasking like a champ. The S Pen is responsive and feels natural for note-taking and sketching. Battery life is impressive, lasting a full day even with heavy usage. Overall, a fantastic tablet if you need a large screen and powerful performance. Highly recommended!

The the Mac Mini M1, 3.2 GHz - SSD from Black Market arrived early in EXCELLENT CONDITION and performs flawlessly. I couldn't ask for more, very impressed with Black Market. I've ordered refurbished from other venders but this was my best experiance.

I've had my M1 Macbook Pro for about a month now and its great! It's pretty much like a brand new machine, with only minor scratches on the lid but that's it. (I've selected the 'good' condition when I made my purchase.) The battery cycles were only at 18 on my initial boot and set up, so the battery is in excellent condition. As is the rest of the laptop aside from those very minor scratches on the lid. Everything functions as should, keyboard and touch bar are perfect (no faint backlit keys either.) It didn't come with the official Apple charging cable & brick so I was a little skeptical about that, however the cable they sent me is longer than the official Apple one so that's a plus there. The brick I received was an Awanta, seems generic but works and charges the laptop fairly quickly, so not an issue with that. For my first purchase here I'm definitely satisfied and would gladly recommend buying from Back Market.

The iPhone SE (2022) that I received has noticeably poor audio quality from the phone speaker, but I could not tell this until I had migrated from my previous phone, including moving service with my cell provider, which was not a simple change to complete. In fact, I'd had the phone for over a week before I used it without AirPods the first time. I know that there is a definite difference in sound quality because I have an identical model SE for my business phone and I have called the same number from both phones and can detect a significant difference. Otherwise, I am generally satisfied. I expected better than 85% Battery Capacity from the start - I had 81% with the 2016 vintage SE that I was replacing with this iPhone, but I can live with that. I have contacted BackMarket and am waiting for a response, so hopefully this story will get better - time will tell how BackMarket's customer service handles this situation.

I ordered a red iPhone 13 in fair condition and was sent a red iPhone 13 in good condition except for the fact that my screen was cracked, other than that the phone was in excellent condition and came with a basically brand new battery.( ps. The crack isn’t that big but still it’s cracked)

I ordered a 2022 13 in macbook air with an M2 8 core chip and 10 core gpu with 24gb of ram and 512gb of storage, all i can say is i love it. My previous laptop had broke mid semester and desperately needed a new laptop without breaking the bank. I ordered the macbook air and it came in sooner than expected and in very good condition with only a slight scratch on the back. After using if for a couple of weeks all i can say is that i love it and was a definite upgrade from my other laptop. I am more than pleased with my mac and definitely recommend ordering off back market if you want quality tech worth the price without breaking the bank.
