I received my IPhone 15 plus about a week ago and it has been well worth the purchase. The phone came with barely any visible scratches (excellent condition selected) and is at 100% battery capacity. I highly recommend refurbished phone markets like the back market. It just seems like a much smarter purchase.

The phone got a bit hot during the transition from the old one which I did not remember happening with a new Apple, but it stabilized shortly. I am so happy with my purchase! This phone is great and definitely and upgrade from my SE. It came with no scratches or dents or cracks and the battery capacity is at 100% which I was scared that it wasn’t going to be. It only took it about 4 days to arrive which is not bad at all. Overall I am very pleased with and next time I upgrade I plan to purchase from back market again.

I was happy to receive my PREMIUM refurbished iPhone 15 Pro. It looks and functions like new, however, when I received the phone, the battery life was at 89% (and within a week, dropped to 88%), not the 90% or higher that is advertised. I normally wouldn’t think it a big deal, BUT I paid the additional cost because of the advertised battery life. When I inquired about a refund of the additional money paid, BackMarket’s response was that battery life was not a valid reason for return and that I would have to go through the return process. Since I don’t have an alternate phone to use, I kept the 15 Pro. In addition, I paid a quality inspection fee of $7.99 (?), but apparently the battery life was overlooked. **You can still make it right and retain a customer, BackMarket, just reach out to me.**

Was looking to upgrade my iPhone 7 and came across Back Market. Overall, a very positive experience. Easy to use website that provided confidence in purchasing a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro. I especially like the Deep Purple option. During the entire purchase process, Back Market kept me informed, including shipping times. Also, Back Market provided a refund for my iPhone 7. Not a lot given its age but I preferred not to have it end up in landfill, so another plus for me. I’d highly recommend Back Market for used, refurbished electronics.
