Was looking to upgrade my iPhone 7 and came across Back Market. Overall, a very positive experience. Easy to use website that provided confidence in purchasing a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro. I especially like the Deep Purple option. During the entire purchase process, Back Market kept me informed, including shipping times. Also, Back Market provided a refund for my iPhone 7. Not a lot given its age but I preferred not to have it end up in landfill, so another plus for me. I’d highly recommend Back Market for used, refurbished electronics.

The refurbished iPhone 14 was as was indicated and I am happy with the purchase. However, the trade in process is suspect as the price you are given is not the price they end up paying you. Their refurbishing company will tell you the condition is not as good as you submitted and then reduces your payout to lower than if you submitted a lower condition. Seemed like a bait and switch process by their refurbishing company.

I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

Loving it! Seriously had some concerns about back market but this proved to be the right choice :) trade in has been sent too so hopefully i get a good amount back! Recommended and I will definitely try back market for more refurbished electronics!

I was really nervous about purchasing a refurbished phone. But because of the price difference, I decided to take a chance. I’m so happy I did! I have had zero issues. Setup went smoothly and the information that Backmarket sent walked me through what to do. It was so much easier than going into a store and having them do it. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up everything and transfer over info from last phone. And I’m not a very tech savvy person.

This was my first time using BackMarket and the experience was pretty good. Refurbisher was Certified Direct, the phone received was in great condition, battery at 88% which I expected for a two year old phone. My only grapes are shipping took a little longer than expected and the phone just needed a liitle more through of a cleaning. Overall great first experience, would use BackMarket again!

At first, I was kinda suspicious about buying a phone here since i’ve never bought a refurbished phone and all the other apps had bad reviews. I’m glad I trusted this app because my phone came in excellent condition just like I had chosen. It was extremely easy to connect it with my carrier and get it running. I’m so in love with this phone and the price. I would 100% buy from here again.

I’m mostly pleased with the device and very pleased with the service side at this point. Mostly pleased because i spent the extra money for a 90% or better battery life in the top tier refurbished phone and the battery life was 88% when it arrived. 2% isn’t much but it does make a difference in having to charge during the day or not, especially if you pay for it. Still waiting on the trade in evaluation but that’s on UPS not Back Market

Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.
