I can’t deny that I was a little skeptical in ordering something refurbished. However “Back Market” made the experience quite simple. I bought a laptop with “excellent conditions” and it did not disappoint. The packaging was simple but protective it brought a charger and the wear a tear do-not show!!! It was in mint conditions and OS took normal time to setup overall. I am well satisfied and will definitely buy other items of interest. Good job guys!!!

Got it! Here’s an updated review that reflects the missing internal battery wasn't mentioned: I recently purchased a used Lenovo ThinkPad T480, and overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The laptop arrived in great condition, with minimal signs of previous use, and the performance has been excellent so far. However, I did notice that the internal battery was missing, which was not mentioned in the product description. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. On a positive note, the delivery was exceptionally quick, and I received excellent updates throughout the shipping process. The tracking information was clear, and I was informed at every stage, which made the entire experience very smooth and hassle-free. Despite the missing internal battery, I highly recommend this company based on my overall experience. I ordered this computer for my husband, and he loves it! I have purchased a number of items from Back Market, and this purchase was no different. It came exactly as expected, and even some extras made us pretty happy: 1. A backlight keyboard. This was not mentioned in the specs, it was a delightful surprise. 2. Touch Screen. It stated no in the tech specs, but I'm very pleased to have it. So far, it's operating fast, and setup was a breeze. Thank you. I highly recommend Back Market!

Shipping was fast and easy, although tracking information was not updated till it arrived. Mini PC had a few scuffs but this is expected for a refurb. It is fully functional and clean. Very satisfied.

Very good experience, machine as promised and run without any issue. Carefully cleaned and look like new. With the most up to date hardware and software installed, I avoided unnecessary hassle for my project.

I had never heard of Back Market, but on the advice of a friend I gave it a try. I am sorry I didn't know of them sooner. My Surface Pro looks like it came from the factory and functions that way. I did not need the cost or power of a new tablet so this one filled the bill. As far as the tablet goes, I love it! It does what I want as well as an ipad, and plays happily with the Windows ecosystem which is just what I wanted.

Hi, I really love my new pc. It's great for playing Valorant, and generally for games! I really am happy with my purchase, it arrived in great shape, and in safe packaging so it was protected. It was worth the price, no regrets! Love it! 😁😁

I’m not sure what particular iPad this review is for. I have bought 5 of them in the past couple months. They all seem to work well, but haven’t aside from one, the other 4 have only been set up but not used yet as they are going to be Christmas gifts for my children. The only issue I have is that the second from the last one I received, had a charging cord, but no power adapter.

The computer works great and is fast. I was surprised that it has an optical drive, as I was under the impression that it didn't. Another nice touch was the inclusion of a keyboard and mouse. It was a good deal.
