This iMac surpassed my expectations! It arrived on time, and packaged very securely. It Performs Just as it should with no issues what so ever! It looks brand new! I highly, highly recommend purchasing your iMac here for a fraction of the price without compromising on the quality.

This computer is a BEAST, and to be able to purchase what would have cost $11 grand at one point just a few short years ago for a fraction of the cost, is insane! Couldn't' be happier with my purchase! I absolutely LOVE the iMac Pro 27", and wish Apple would bring it back into production. You can't go wrong with this machine! It is a work horse! I highly recommend purchasing one while you still can! The overall experience shopping with Back Market was pleasant, stress free, and the shipping was super fast!

So far so good with the iMac 27". I needed a larger internal drive, but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg, so this refurbished 2017 iMac was the perfect solution. It is fast and i have had zero issues.

Wow wow wow. I purchased this as ‘good’ condition and like my other purchases it came as if it were new! Original packaging, no visible scuffs or marks, which I expected because this one is white. It’s perfect. And a fraction of the cost of buying a brand new one. I’m absolutely thrilled and will highly recommend backmarket to anyone for ‘new to you’ tech!

Macbook was exactly as described, awesome price and would definitely recommend to others. Was packaged in the wrong box, at first I thought it was a slip up, but after looking at the specs on the computer they matched what the item ordered. 👍🏻👍🏻

This item is in great condition and works perfectly, I’m so happy to have not spent $300 on this keyboard, and you’d never guess I didn’t buy it new. And we’re helping the environment by giving new life to used electronics. WIN WIN WIN

As with my other Back Market orders, I'm very pleased with this new computer. It is in excellent condition and functioning great. The only item I'm disappointed with is the keyboard. It will not sync with the computer and feels kind of cheap. It's fully charged and turned on, but does not appear in nearby devices to pair it. I've tried a few things, but just don't have time to figure this out. Using an old keyboard for now, but the wasted time and money (as I'm sure price included a working keyboard) definitely negatively impacts my Back Market experience.

Very happy with my purchase.My "used" IMac looks brand new. Customer service is great. Delivery was quick. My only disappointment is that I made an assumption that it would arrive with an Apple keyboard and an Apple mouse. It didn't and iinstead got a functioning universal pair, would work for PC or Mac. I wanted the familiarity of the Apple products, and luckily had a spare.

It works well and is easy to set up. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that a silver one arrived even though I ordered a purple iMac. I’ll still keep it because it’s a pain to send it back just because of the color and I need it for school. Aside from that I love it. The keyboard and mouse work as well. 🙂 It arrived on time so overall I’m happy with it.
