So far so good with the iMac 27". I needed a larger internal drive, but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg, so this refurbished 2017 iMac was the perfect solution. It is fast and i have had zero issues.

As with my other Back Market orders, I'm very pleased with this new computer. It is in excellent condition and functioning great. The only item I'm disappointed with is the keyboard. It will not sync with the computer and feels kind of cheap. It's fully charged and turned on, but does not appear in nearby devices to pair it. I've tried a few things, but just don't have time to figure this out. Using an old keyboard for now, but the wasted time and money (as I'm sure price included a working keyboard) definitely negatively impacts my Back Market experience.

Very happy with my purchase.My "used" IMac looks brand new. Customer service is great. Delivery was quick. My only disappointment is that I made an assumption that it would arrive with an Apple keyboard and an Apple mouse. It didn't and iinstead got a functioning universal pair, would work for PC or Mac. I wanted the familiarity of the Apple products, and luckily had a spare.

It works well and is easy to set up. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that a silver one arrived even though I ordered a purple iMac. I’ll still keep it because it’s a pain to send it back just because of the color and I need it for school. Aside from that I love it. The keyboard and mouse work as well. 🙂 It arrived on time so overall I’m happy with it.

Another great purchase from this platform. Back Market is my go to for refurbished Apple products. Returns are good, shipping is quick and product works as intended.

The computer has been performing really well overall. However, I encountered a glitch when I tried to open the Apple TV app, and I'm not sure of the reason behind it. Apart from that, everything else is working perfectly, and I'm quite pleased with its performance.

Computer is everything I expected! Runs amazing, looks great. I’m only one day in, but so far it’s perfect! Runs better than my new order from Apple last time. I ordered the “fair” because I didn’t realize what that meant. (First time ordering from Back Market and I didn’t read the notations.) But so far I’ve only seen one teeny little mark on the bottom of the stand. So for “fair” value, it has exceeded my expectations!

It arrived quickly. No apparent scratches or cosmetic issues. Laptop works just as a well as a brand new one. It does over heat, but this isn't worrisome as most MacBooks do. I will definitely be ordering again for my tech needs.

The product arrived in great condition and, a few weeks in now, has worked without issue. Typing on this keyboard has felt loads better than the e-keyboard that's used otherwise. Timely delivery and a reasonable price – overall good experience with BackMarket!
