I'm more than happy with purchasing the MacBook Air Retina 13-inch (2018) - Core i5 - 16GB - SSD 512GB. It had a scratch on the aluminum body, which is to be expected for the advertised good condition (the aluminum is quite soft), but I polished it, and it is no longer an issue. The item was clean, and everything worked.

I haven't had a Macbook in the last so years. Almost four years of using a Macbook, this purchase was the best ever, especially for a refurbished company. I can't imagine the last time I felt genuine relief and joy, especially using Amazon and being dirt poor. Thank you, Back Market, for this opportunity in feeling alive again!

I’m super happy with my purchase and the decision to take the risk and buying this refurbished laptop. I’ve owned two other refurbished MacBooks bought at a much higher cost and honestly this cheap one is in just as great condition as the more expensive ones. I ordered “fair” quality and it’s actually quite excellent. There’s one small dent and hardly any noticeable scratches if any at all. Highly recommend over purchasing brand new, save your money and reduce, reuse, recycle!

This was my very first purchase with back market. I'll admit I was skeptical about buying a computer on this strange little app I've never heard nothing about until i saw an ad on YouTube and researched other people's purchases on here. After researching I had decided to purchase my first laptop on here and got it in good condition it runs really well but there were little nics on it which would be expected. but no really good job refurbishing it I also got it really quick.

Simply blown away. MacBook arrived 1 day earlier than expected and it arrived in excellent condition. Been using it for the last week and only had to plug it into the charger once. The battery is so good, no dents or scratches, basically looked brand new. Definitely had a great experience with this seller.

Everything is as advertised. Looks great and seems to work great as well. I was thoroughly surprised by how well the item was packaged. Tightly cushion wrapped, inside of a box, inside another box. Thanks.

This laptop got here SO fast! I ordered one in good condition, but aside from a couple of external scratches, it looks brand new. My only negative is I wished I had read up on the 2018 Macbook Pro because I've read quite a few stories online about customers whose computer would run hot. I've had a similar experience. I use my Macbook for school and often have lots of tabs open and that seems to cause it to work overtime and start heating up. I've just been reminding myself to be mindful of closing unused tabs and that seems to work. That's the only problem I have and I don't think that's Backmarket's fault, but an Apple issue with the model from this year. If I'd give any advice, buy one either the year before 2018 or the year after as I haven't read about any problems from those models. Other than that, I love my new Macbook and I'll probably order my next one from Back Market as well. This is the second one I bought from them, and I only upgraded because the old one was starting to slow down and I couldn't update it beyong Big Sur. I passed it on to my roommate and he loves it (he's never had a macbook before).
