I was past due for a new phone. The old iPhone 8+ was on its last legs. Ordering my iPhone 13 Pro Max from Back Market was easy, reasonably priced and it arrived quickly. This is my third purchase from Back Market and I would recommend them for anyone looking for Apple products.

I was very very skeptical about buying a refurbished phone. I debated about it for months. When my son bought a refurbished iPhone that looked brand new, and worked perfectly I decided to go for it! I was not disappointed! I got the Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra in excellent condition. It came quicker than expected and there were no noticeable scratches or dings on the back, there was a tiny scratch on the screen which you cannot even see with the screen on. Overall I am super satisfied with the phone, I got a great deal on an awesome phone! I will definitely buy from Backmarket again!

The Google pixel 6 pro from this site is very much good and you can't even notice that it is refurbished.i'm not sure if it's the Google pixels battery that don't last longer enough or is it just this but other things and specs it's awesome.i can recommend this site to anyone who wants a good refurbished phone and at an affordable price

My expectations were not to highly about a refurbished watch, I received my watch within 3 days and I love it. I am a gym rat and love the ability to measure my movements.

The Apple Pencil gave me so many problems! It came dead and wouldn’t even charge! I thought it would work if i bought a specific adapter right from Apple but nope! Wasted my money and had to send the pencil back! Back market was quick and fantastic with helping me through the process and refund! Very grateful for them

I ordered this after having to return a damaged phone I got refurbished from amazon. Shipping was fast, phone looked great and works perfectly. I haven't tested it extensively, but I think the battery life is better than the Amazon one I got (same model). For reference, this was sold as "good" condition on backmarket and I'm very happy with the condition it's in. There are some tiny scratches if I inspect it closely, but it didn't look dinged up at all.

She opened it for Christmas and loved it!. Set it up with her carrier works like a charm. No scratches, or dents. Really nice phone! I need a deal like that for me. I would love to upgrade from my Pixel 6. I'm not an Apple guy... I buy all my phones from Back Market because of the quality i receive.

The product is amazing. Looks like it’s brand new and I feel this way while using my device every single day. The only one thing is that they sent me wrong charger for the device and it’s not working. I will have to use my phone charger but I can live with that I guess

The MacBook came in fair condition as is but it still works. I can use bootcamp and run windows native if I want to the only problem is the power adapter is a bit slow and sometimes it wouldn’t charge my laptop
