unit is in beautiful shape. seems to work perfectly. only thing different from the posted description was that it's running OS14 instead of OS12. main purpose for this purchase was to get a more recent platform for running QB Pro 2020, and I was running previously on OS12 on my 2015 vintage MacBook. Turned out QB 2020 pro runs fine, so, completely satisfied with the purchase!

I bought this iPad for my 1yr old to watch her YouTube vids while traveling in the car. The physical appearance of the iPad was great and looked like new. Additionally, the iPad connected to my vehicle’s WiFi effortlessly and she’s now content while traveling. It has made everyone more peaceful. lol

I loved my MacBook, I got in good condition and they give me exactly how described in terms. The level of the battery is very good and it’s everything in a good condition. Definitely I’ll buy again 🫶🏼

Great buy! The phone came quickly and in very good condition. It is working as expected, I’m very happy with the phone and its performance. The battery came at 87% availability and it’s performing very well. The phone metal exterior is flawless and a beautiful dark blue. The screen has a few scratches at the top and at the bottom of the screen probably from putting it and taking it out of a phone case. But overall, the screen looks perfect inside the phone case I bought. I’m very satisfied with the phone”s performance, aesthetics, the price, and I’m looking forward to buying an Apple Watch from Backmarket soon.

First impressions: I ordered this MacBook in the “good” condition, but this thing is basically brand new. The screen is in immaculate condition. Only thing I notice is there’s a little dent on the back side and a few scuff marks, nothing easily noticeable it really is very small. Other than that it functions as normal so far. Came with 99% battery health, which was more than I expected. I do believe this deserves a five star rating, I would easily recommend this seller to anyone. Shipping wasn’t too bad as well. It came in about 6 days from order being placed.

This device worked well for a few months but then stopped charging. The return/refund process was amazing; I thought it would take time to try to fix the issue, but a refund was issued almost immediately. I know I can buy through Back Market with confidence.

This is the second laptop from Back Market. The ACER is good. This order I was expecting an ACER and got an HP. It is in excellent condition. Had nearly a 100% charge. Set up in about 20 minutes. An HP for an ACER price? WOW! I hope we don't drown another computer but if we do it will be from your operation.

This laptop came in practically perfect condition even though I bought it as good. Absolutely no scratches on the screen or back, just a few on the bottom. My only complaint about this laptop is how quickly it overheats, but that could just be how the laptop normally is. I would 100% buy from this seller again.
