some of the keys were very sticky on arrival. I was able to unstick them myself, but not what I'd expect from a refurbished product in "excellent" condition. The battery also seems to be working ok, but it's very unreliable about predicting how much time is remaining.

Product is great! Wish it would have came in original box,as this was a gift. Surprised it wasn’t broken during shipping as just flopping around in a too big regular cardboard box.. As was the charger. Have ordered 3 iPads from back market and all were packaged in original Apple box.

my new computer is in wonderful condition, i don’t have any complaints on the appearance or operation of my macbook. the charger i received in the package was not in good condition and needed to be replaced immediately

So far I am content with the purchase, I believe I paid the cheapest price which is definitely "fair" conditions. There are some dents on the perimeter my main complaint would be that it moves slow however, I did update the software. I would suggest buying in good condition or new if you like fast internet speed. Overall, I got what I paid for and mildly satisfied.

Received an iphone different than described from the listing. Was supposed to be unlocked and came locked. It is unlockable - huge mess and hassle. Phone is unusable and now I have to send it back. Vendor was nice enough but no replacement options for the issue. The phone was in excellent condition so I was sad we couldnt find a solution. Backmarket couldn't honor the price I paid or offer a replacement for the price paid. Wish I didnt have to deal with the headache and still have a non working phone I have to return 2 weeks later. Going to try Gazelle.

I shopped around on the site for a bit and this was the best deal I could find. when I got it in the mail it was everything I expected . It can run fortnight and call of duty and all my other games . It's also great for trading stocks it can generate complex time charts very fast !!!

This is my second time ordering from BM.. So I knew the quality would be great already. I purchased this IPad for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves it!! It works perfectly! On another note, back market customer service has always been amazing! I was shipped 3 iPads instead of just one unfortunately. I immediately messaged support and have been getting responses pretty quickly. They have been wonderful helping me through the return process. Excellent customer service with excellent devices!

The computer was fine, but it was advertised as [HP Chromebook x360 11 G3 EDU Celeron 1.1 ghz 32gb eMMC - 8gb QWERTY] and it had only 4GB RAM. It was an error, but I had to take it out, charge it because it was 'dead' (battery), set it up, figure out if it was correct or not, then remove my account from it, factory reset it, take photos, and ship it back for refund. The user issued a prompt return via Backmarket, but if it was labeled correctly, we could've just skipped the purchase in the first place.

Bought 🍎 MacBook 2 days ago, & it was expected to be here tomorrow, but was alerted of the new arrival date this afternoon & was delivered this evening! Thank u 🙏 so much! So far so great! I buy all electronics thru here, namely I phones for myself & family. Which we all know what our phones mean & what an expensive, but necessary invest. they have become…❤️hope that this is helpful to anyone who is doing their due diligence to ensure they are buying from reputable company here!
