I bought a Space Grey MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 8GB - SSD 256GB in "good condition" and received just that! Very impressed with the shipping as I received my Mac just 3 days after ordering with just their standard shipping option. Mac came with minor signs of wear and no fingerprints or proof of use, the only flaw is the slight circle spot near the trackpad that looks to be rubbed off. This was something I expected and although it is a bit bigger and noticeable, the overall quality and speed of the exchange was well worth the cost! 8.5/10 !!!

My Mac arrived early by several days. I paid for "Good" but it truly looks excellent. A few minor blemishes on the shiny apple logo but no other visible marks; it's clean and works beautifully! And about half the cost of buying refurbished from the manufacturer.

My MacBook arrived in pristine condition and the delivery service was perfect, the moment i opened it I couldn’t notice it was a refurbished one, only flipping it and seeing the bottom showed me a few shallow scratches, the device works as it supposed to and I love it, I love iPhones and now I’m starting with Mac so I couldn’t be happier to have found you guys as I really feel guilty about the garbage and this makes it so much better, thanks for giving back so much and keep it up please

I absolutely love my iPad.. usually when buying a used/ refurbished product it will have some scuffs but mine didn’t and I’m excited I went through with the purchase.. I highly recommend this company!!!

I got exactly what I needed. It’s been about a month and the iPad works perfectly. I’m always worried with buying refurbished tech that maybe someone has programmed it to steal all of my data off of it and send it to them. But this is my second device form BM and I haven’t had my identity stolen. I wish the charging port info was more prominent tho. I may have splurged on the 2020/1 if I knew that one had USB C charging capabilities. I don’t like having to keep multiple types of cords around

I needed something for school, but knew I wasn’t really looking for drop a stack on a brand-spanking new laptop, so when I saw an ad on Instagram for this 2017 MacBook Air, I was sold! This computer, despite it’s age, gets the work done smoothly and flawlessly! I enjoy purchasing refurbished products because not only is it helping our environment control e-waste, it’s also giving electronics that 2nd chance they deserve! I've been wanting a MacBook since last year and I found backmarket helpful because I didn't care to pay the price for a completely new one. However, I've had this MacBook for a while now and I must say I have no complaints so far. I actually felt as though I received a new one when this one first got delivered. Definitely would recommend this site and will make other purchases in the future!

For $180 all together, you can't beat the value. The only issues with it are minor scratches on the screen which are barely noticable unless you're looking for them or have the screen off and the light hits it just right. Speedy delivery, back market supplies you with a charging cable and power brick, the device was well packaged to protect it during shipping, I couldn't be happier. This is my first ever tablet let alone iPad and it is exactly what I needed for work. I have told everyone I know who's knowledgeable about apple products and when I tell them what I paid, their jaws hit the floor. If that isn't evidence of getting a good deal, I don't know what is.

the MacBook I ordered I got in fair condition an when I say it looked great, it had one lil spot on it an it was the outside of it an wasn't noticeable u had to be looking for it to see it.
