I bought a Space Grey MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 8GB - SSD 256GB in "good condition" and received just that! Very impressed with the shipping as I received my Mac just 3 days after ordering with just their standard shipping option. Mac came with minor signs of wear and no fingerprints or proof of use, the only flaw is the slight circle spot near the trackpad that looks to be rubbed off. This was something I expected and although it is a bit bigger and noticeable, the overall quality and speed of the exchange was well worth the cost! 8.5/10 !!!

I absolutely love my iPad.. usually when buying a used/ refurbished product it will have some scuffs but mine didn’t and I’m excited I went through with the purchase.. I highly recommend this company!!!

I got exactly what I needed. It’s been about a month and the iPad works perfectly. I’m always worried with buying refurbished tech that maybe someone has programmed it to steal all of my data off of it and send it to them. But this is my second device form BM and I haven’t had my identity stolen. I wish the charging port info was more prominent tho. I may have splurged on the 2020/1 if I knew that one had USB C charging capabilities. I don’t like having to keep multiple types of cords around

For $180 all together, you can't beat the value. The only issues with it are minor scratches on the screen which are barely noticable unless you're looking for them or have the screen off and the light hits it just right. Speedy delivery, back market supplies you with a charging cable and power brick, the device was well packaged to protect it during shipping, I couldn't be happier. This is my first ever tablet let alone iPad and it is exactly what I needed for work. I have told everyone I know who's knowledgeable about apple products and when I tell them what I paid, their jaws hit the floor. If that isn't evidence of getting a good deal, I don't know what is.

The primary reason I got the little MacBook was to be able to use a later OS than is available to my older MacBook pro. I was forced to use my phone for those things, so its made my life easier. No doubt I will find it will be helpful in other ways. I have not had it very long. Great care was taken with the packing and it arrived quickly and in very good condition. I already knew I would go to BlackMarket for this computer. I have great confidence in them.

So far so good. I can't complain much for a computer at this cost. Both its software and hardware functions well. I have been carrying this around and am getting quite attached to it. However, without the Retina, it really is uncomfortable adjusting to the screen.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She actually screamed when she opened the box. She was so excited and absolutely loves her Mac Book Pro, so much so she hardly puts it down. Thank you Back Market for doing a great job and making someone very happy!

Overall, a good buy. A little disappointed in the battery life. I only use it for about 3 hours/day: exercise videos, a zoom class, and reading a book, which uses about 80% of battery life. But otherwise charges fairly quickly.

Unfortunately the iPhone mini 12 I got that was supposed to be in excellent condition was not came with broken screen and I had to spend extra on buying a screen replacement because Christmas is in two days and no time to wait also the screen it came with was not original so how is that considered excellent condition
