This is the second purchase I make at Back Market, I have no complaints about the product, but I confess that I was a little afraid after reading some comments from other MacBook buyers. But everything went very well, the shipment arrived ahead of schedule, and my MacBook Pro came in excellent condition, better than I expected from a refurbished product in fair condition.

I can't believe how perfect this MacBook pro is. I order the good condition and it's like brand new. They shipped it fast and it was extremely well packed. It's just what I was looking for and the price was great. I'll definitely be coming back here for other items.

I was skeptical, after reading some of the feedback I come across, some that was negative and I had already placed an order which had me worried. Well people if you're reading this don't pay attention to the negative feedback cuz when I got my MacBook Pro there was not a scratch on it it looks brand new, works like it's brand new and I ordered good condition and it's immaculate I highly recommend buying from these guys I know I will again.

This new (to me) MacBook Pro has totally exceeded my expectations. In wonderful condition, felt like new! The purchase was easy and I got the right product expertly shipped, configured exactly as advertised.

Plus it doesn’t support the manufacture in china they are I believe US companies refurbishing apple products that are quality and still have a lot of use and life left to be put to good use! I use it for work and it’s great!

I was hesitant about ordering something refurbished but this exceeded my expectations, the shipping was really fast and the iPad looks new to me, I ordered one for my niece for her birthday and actually ordered another one for my god daughter. 10/10

I absolutely love my MacBook! I was unsure about buying something refurbished, but it exceeded my expectations. My laptop came without scratches, it looked perfect. The only tiny issue was that certain keys got caught, but fixed themselves overtime. For the price, this MacBook is the way to go.

overall, great experience purchasing this item . the packaging was great! however The description of this item was not very thorough. many HP mini PCS like this one come in two different variants with higher or lower wattage. this model comes in a 35 W version and a 65 W version. I received a 65 W version. there might be a way to look up the processor and reverse engineer the wattage that way but I can't be sure about that without doing more research. I would much rather have received the 35 W version because the 65 W version is not compatible with the Nvidia GPU upgrade. it also consumes much more electricity. I'm not sure whether or not to keep it. I could find a use for it but it isn't ideal for the intended use for which I purchased it.

this phone is genuinely good there was like 3 scratches at the top right corner of my screen but you could only see it from a certain angle phone came with 91% battery health i was hoping for more but it’s ok it should last me 2-3 years before i need to replace the battery over all pretty good
