I’m a repeat shopper on BackMarket and have yet to be disappointed. This time I ordered a laptop and it arrived as described. Shipping was quick. I’ve only had it for about a week and a half, but it checks out just fine and is covered by a one year warranty. I’ll continue to use BackMarket when I’m shopping for refurbished tech.

This is the second purchase I make at Back Market, I have no complaints about the product, but I confess that I was a little afraid after reading some comments from other MacBook buyers. But everything went very well, the shipment arrived ahead of schedule, and my MacBook Pro came in excellent condition, better than I expected from a refurbished product in fair condition.

Very pleased with my recent MacBook Air on BackMarket! My laptop arrived very timely, and packaged well. I needed a super portable unit with ports available, which Apple has started to remove on newer units. There wasn't anything specifying software OS, so I unable to get any new apps, as new macOS requirements get in the way, but I have been able to do what I need with this unit so far. The magnetic power connector for charger sometimes doesn't make a good connection so I don't always charge when connected. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with my decision to purchase from BM.

I can't believe how perfect this MacBook pro is. I order the good condition and it's like brand new. They shipped it fast and it was extremely well packed. It's just what I was looking for and the price was great. I'll definitely be coming back here for other items.

I was skeptical, after reading some of the feedback I come across, some that was negative and I had already placed an order which had me worried. Well people if you're reading this don't pay attention to the negative feedback cuz when I got my MacBook Pro there was not a scratch on it it looks brand new, works like it's brand new and I ordered good condition and it's immaculate I highly recommend buying from these guys I know I will again.

This new (to me) MacBook Pro has totally exceeded my expectations. In wonderful condition, felt like new! The purchase was easy and I got the right product expertly shipped, configured exactly as advertised.

Amazing quality and very good service. Everything you could hope for buying refurbished. This is the second purchase I have made and recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Truly Happy. Plus it doesn’t support the manufacture in china they are I believe US companies refurbishing apple products that are quality and still have a lot of use and life left to be put to good use! I use it for work and it’s great!

I was hesitant about ordering something refurbished but this exceeded my expectations, the shipping was really fast and the iPad looks new to me, I ordered one for my niece for her birthday and actually ordered another one for my god daughter. 10/10

I ordered a good condition and it looks great for what I paid. I was skeptical like most buyers but I am very pleased. I got an original apple charger with mine. Screen looks flawless. Camera audio all good. Runs fast. Granted it's day one with the laptop. I feel confident it will hold up, especially since I purchased insurance. I will purchase from back market again.
