Phone was in better cosmetic condition than I expected, everything works nicely, and the experience with the specific vendor was painless. This is not my first Backmarket transaction, and I don't expect it to be my last.

We received it timely even though it was ordered right in the holiday time. All it was said on the sell was true. Hooked up with visible and we have $20 for 36 months. will certainly share this experience with Everyone..

Absolutely amazing!! despite just a few light scratches on the screen, once you turn it on, it's like they're not even there!, fantastic software quality and overall I am extremely satisfied to have this phone! would highly recommend! :)) ♥️

I purchased two phones and before receiving them, I needed the IMEI number. The Backmarket tech that followed up about my inquiry, responded to me kindly and promptly but could not get a hold of the seller. I was offered compensation for my trouble even though I hadn't requested any. I just wanted to say they did an amazing job and went above and beyond what I expected them to do.

It said “excellent” yet it looks good at best. Some dots/small scratches on the back screen. 2 visible scratches on the body and the back also looked like it was docked for long periods of time, including dust on the front grill and a lot of wear on the USB-C port. Battery was a cheap replacement. Charger brick was from Huawei with a generic cable. I give it 4 stars instead of 3 because it was unlocked as promised, and the front screen was flawless.

I ordered this in the condition excellent, but the total condition is best described as used. The screen is in the excellent category, but the body, back and camera show scuffs and scratches visible from 8+ inches.

I am pleasantly surprised. The phone is good! The only issue was finding a carrier for an older model. Phone arrived in perfect physical condition. For a few hours apps were closing, but now after a few days that doesn't happen anymore. I will be using back market again!

Couldn't enter settings because modern computer browsers won't access "non-secure" websites. 2.4ghz band disabled. 5 works. Device looks clean. 30 day return? 1 year warranty? JEXtream 5G RG2100s price increased 70%. FAST shipping to me.

I love it! it came just as advertised. I didn't get a different phone at all. This is by far my favorite purchase
