Awesome it’s everything I thought it would be peep the video reviews but I will say the speaker to the iPad is very staticy so being that it is a refurbished iPad I get lil things like this can happen but I haven’t dropped or nothing & right off the bat the speaker having issues so if it wasn’t for that I would give 5 stars

"I ordered 2 by mistake and cannot find a way via your online support that will allow me to return one of the cover sets !! I have been trying numerous ways to reach out to you but your forms do not allow me to select the correct reason for returning one set."

The condition of the phone was perfect and shipping was really quick. The only complaint was that iTunes was needed to update to iOS18 which isn’t supported. This did cause a delay in getting the phone set up but this is an Apple support issue not a reflection of back market.

Phone was in the condition it was described but it had a lot of yellow dust in the crevices of the device which I had to clean myself. There was also a weird yellow paste, plays dough like, on the speaker and microphones holes of the device which I also had to clean myself.

The cases dont allow for finger print control. They dont have a access hole for the control, the screen protectors did not stick very well and I had to pick up another locally, that worked perfectly. It is possible there was a problem because Fed Ex left it in my mail box over night in sub freezing temperature. Kind of stupid on their part . I should have required a signature as the 2 nd phone did.

The phone is very good. The battery doesn't last as long as I’d like. I thought I was buying excellent. The trade-in company dinged me for a tiny blemish by the side button which would not show under a case. The screen protector I purchased does not allow the light touch I’m used to with my old Bodyguardz screen protector. I have to bang on the screen now. Have not yet dropped my phone so I can’t comment on the case.

This was bought as a birthday gift and appreciated beyond words. The phone was said to be in excellent condition, which it was. A sim card was inserted and the phone easily connected to the network. Awesome 😎

I'm still getting used to my new iPhone 13 mini. Phone is fine, iOS 18 is what I don't like. Had trouble transferring apps from old SE. Tried Apple's way of setting phones next to each other to transfer apps, data, did not work for me. Because of Operating system changes and no home button, has been a challenge, but I love the size. Sound range seems to be extremely limited and low.

The phone is OK. Don't like that they switched the volume buttons to the right. Inconvenient. I am an apple gal with an android budget so I will never be that happy. I have missed my iPhone for 15yrs! But this one was pristine looking and had 65% charge out of the box! The site is easy to navigate and is very funny. It seems like a group who has a good time.
