So I purchased my phone just over a month ago and I only recently took it out of the box and I didn’t even realize that anything was wrong with the phone because the packaging was fine or so. It seemed that way it did come in an envelope of sorts so I guess I didn’t really think about that. However, once I took the phone out, I didn’t really close the inspector, but I did put it right into a case and a screen protector on it. And when I was closely examining the phone this morning, I noticed that the camera housing had to crack over the glass of the wide angle lens. It doesn’t seem to affect the photos however, my only concern is that it will only crack more, causing issues down the line with the ability for the camera to work. I highly recommend always opening your boxes as soon as they get there. Because this may have completely disrupted my ability to get this phone replaced or fixed. Furthermore, the display is rather finicky on this phone. There are times where it doesn’t actually select what I’m selecting, and the screen often turns off and does not wake back up with either a touch of the screen or a tap of the power button. iPad looked almost like new and works great. Very happy with my purchase.

The iPhone was in much better shape than I expected! It says "fair" but there wasn't anything really wrong with it other than a few tiny scratches. I'm super happy & I love my phone! Thanks!
