I have bought several products from back market. and I am the true customer now. anything I need I check on back market first. I boughten refurbished products before and never was satisfied they never seem to work properly or always had a fault to them. back market is not that crew. when you buy a product from back market you get a grade A product. anything I buy now about through back market. I'm getting ready to purchase another smartphone and of course I'm going to purchase it from back market. when you purchase from back market what you get is a new product. it might be refurbished but when they get done with it it's like new. thank you back market for not being like the other companies that refurbish products. You're definitely a standalone company.

excellent product and fast shipping. Since most if not all of these refurbished phones have the original carriers boot and logo, it would be nice to see my own carriers logo, but not at all a deal breaker

The phone is great, back market is great, but the refurbisher, Electrodealz Inc, not so much. Had the phone for about 5 months, the battery started swelling, causing the screen to unglue. It was still under warranty so I sent it back. I followed the directions to wipe the phone, using the offline directions as I was afraid to power up the phone with a swollen battery. Apparently I didn't wipe it correctly, because they immediately sent it back with no communication from them because "your phone is locked [with] pin/pattern." Why do they need to get into the phone to replace the battery anyway? Seems like a convenient excuse to me. I should have just gone with my gut and bought the kit on ifixit and done it myself, which is what I'm going to do now. The Backmarket part of the return/warranty process was very easy and painless though, so I'll give them that, though I do wish I could talk to the seller directly.

I bought my refurbished Pixel 6a and it was in great shape. Not a scratch or a mark on it. Everything was in working order and all that I had to do was transfer my information and it was ready to go. I will definitely buy from Backmarket again.

bought the" fair" version of galaxy A54. one small scratch at bottom of screen. otherwise, the phone looks and performs like new. shipping was fast. Took the Sim card out of the old into the new.was up and running in no time. back market is my go to for unlocked and refurbished phones . thanks back market!!!

Phenomenal service, arrived just as described and works great. I love the peace of mind on the warranty too. Much better than paying monthly for insurance and then having to pay a deductible on top of that. Backmarket will be my go-to for phone upgrades or replacements now

The phone was delivered on time and is in very good condition. It was easy to activate and is working well, at this time. I ordered a phone from Back Market in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. Very reliable company that's easy to do business with.

this feels just like a brand new phone. I absolutely love it -- 0 regrets. and working through backmarket has been awesome as well. the app is great. it's very user friendly. and my phone even arrived a couple of days sooner than i'd expected. this is how I will buy my next phone and any other tech I can find through them

Mostly a good experience and result, but the screen did have a noticeable scratch on it near the camera cutout and this is visible even through the screen protector I installed. It makes me wary of purchasing another used phone that is described as having a flawless screen.
