I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

This was one of two phones I purchased in the same transaction, the other being an older iPhone 12 Pro. Both were from the ‘Excellent’ category. According to the website descriptions of the 4 condition categories, this phone I got is the lowest condition for Body - that of fair. A label on the wrapping, on which were some of the test results after refurbishing, listed the battery percent at 85%. Only 5% more than the guaranteed minimum, and this for an ‘Excellent’ category phone. But BM stood by their service and after photo evidence refunded the price difference between Body conditions Excellent and Fair. For that, I'd use BM again for future purchases.

The phone was shipped with a persistent error message that says the screen is not recognized and wants to complete installation, but that does not fix the problem. The screen works, but this must be a sacrifice of buying a refurbished phone instead of a new one. A little annoying (can't get the error to go away, keeps popping up). A little disappointing with this phone than the last time we got a phone from Back Market years ago.

I love being able to save a ton of money buying an older phone at a great price from a B corp. The phone was rated 'excellent' but arrived with a slight mar on the liquid crystal display, a dot the size of a period, which I would not consider excellent, but otherwise looks and works fine. I previously bought on another site that shows who the refurbisher is, and I would prefer to know that so can stick with one I trust. Otherwise a good phone with a great camera. Good service, fast shipping.

This is my first iphone and I'm still getting used to it. I love the Iphone SE so far, didn't expect for the screen size to be so small though, other than that I love the quality and condition of my refurbished phone. It is like a new phone.

I was looking for a convenient phone just to have because I recently broke mine and needed to have something on hand. I was a little nervous with using the Back Market app because I’ve never thought about buying refurbished electronics but so far the phone has given me no issues. I will continue to use backmarket whenever I need something quick and affordable.

Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways. The screens super nice and everything functions as it should. Super happy I found the right product at the right price.
