Got my order in today. It looked great on arrival, upon inspection the phones hinge was a bit “used” but that’s just normal for a refurbished phone. For an excellent phone, I was expecting the sides to have minimal scratches/wear but it did have a few more to my liking. That’s fine though you get what you pay for. I did notice though, the phone for being in excellent condition is very much way more used than a typical excellent “like new” phone I would buy. I do love the ZFLIP though, so im gonna use it as my daily driver and see what happens! And if anything I know the limited warranty has my back.

This phone is in great shape. I am just upgrading. Sorry I am 2 days late shipping due to a tree accident I cracked my rib and was told to stay in bed, it happened on the 3rd. I am shipping today on the 6th. Please understand.

Even though the iPhone X I received had a "Maximum Battery Capacity" of 84% I would have to say the phone looked great. I ordered the phone in "Excellent" condition and that is exactly the way I received it. Unfortunately though the iPhone I received had a past due bill associated with it which I don't blame Back Market for. Back Market has been there for me on both of my transactions and help me along the way. I won't hesitate to place another order with them as soon as I find something I like.

So far, so good. The battery is definitely better than my previous iPhone X (not bought from Back Market, by the way, but sold there) and I'm really enjoying my iPhone 11. The condition of the phone actually seems to be better than good so I'm happy about that. Customer service with re-selling my old phone has been GREAT! Thanks.

I received the wrong model of phone at first, but got help to send that one back and get the right phone. It just came today and it looks amazing, you would never be able to tell it was refurbished!

I bought s21 in excellent condition with new customer referral discount of 25 bucks. so I paid around 175$ I was shipped the phone not in excellent condition and was more in fair condition. I launched the claim and was given the chance for full refund after return or 50 $ compensation. Since the phone was working fine and I was not really concerned about aesthetic, so I choose 50 $ back. It now seems to be a great deal to me and would recommend back market.

Great phone for an awesome price. Other than minimum scratches on back of phone it looks brand new and perform like new. I have bought several phones from here for my family over the years and will continue to do so.

I've told multiple people I know who are looking for a new phone about Black Market. From picking out the phone and getting the perfect phone for me that was within my budget to purchasing and shipping, everything went smoothly. I actually was able to afford a nicer and newer phone than I was expecting. My friend, who I just referred, asked me why the phone she was looking at was so cheap and because I'd already purched from here before, I was able to assure her that it wasn't a scam. I also even received my newest phone earlier than expected. I highly recommend Black Market, not only do I feel that I can trust that I will receive a quality item, it's a much more environmentally friendly option compared to buying a new phone. I'm also able to purchase flagship phones that will continue to have updates for years cheaper than the newest mid to lower range phones. *I haven't incurred a situation were I would need to return something or have to deal with customer service so I can't speak on that process.
