I don't tend to replace my phone often. I buy one and use it till it's on its last legs. So when my Galaxy s8 started constantly resetting on its own I knew it was time. I've tried out a few different Samsung phones in the past and having had the best, in terms of software, life, and avaliable troubleshooting answers with the Galaxy, that's what I wanted. Doing the research and seeing as the s20 Ultra in comparison to the latest Galaxy phone (at the time of this review), the s23, weren't so groundbreaking to warrant the extra cost, I was happy to choose the slightly older flagship phone. I've had it for a little while now and have been very happy with it. It runs all my apps and games at excellent speeds, looks clear as a bell, and has so much memory I can hardly wait to fill it all up! A few things to keep in mind for anyone looking to upgrade or switch. This looks to be the last Galaxy phone that will accept a sd card. And while it has waaay more memory than my last phone, I like knowing I can add a bit more if needed. Also, and this came as a shock to me, there is no headphone jack. I didn't realize they had been getting rid of them in phones since I had my old one for so lo...

I bought this phone almost two years ago now and it has been incredibly reliable and efficient. The only issue after all this time is difficulty is recently with the charging port and the occasional shutting down out of nowhere. Would most definitely recommend backmarket and this phone.

hey- this is unrelated to the pixel but im trying to buy another phone but heres the issue, i would like to use two cards to pay for it. i only have a certain amount on one and i can pick up the rest of the price with my other card, please tell me i can do this i really want to buy another phone from you guys. thankyou candace miller ps i hope i hear from you asap cause my pixel got left in the rain and is overheating really bad and i cant see half the screen and i use my phone for school, work everything. thanks again, cmiller

absolute junk. I started having issues with the performance of the refurbished phone within 30 days but while attempting to resolve the issues through software updates and resets, the 30-day return window is now expired. I contacted customer service who will not give me any option other than a $20 go away payment or send my phone in for repair (up to 9 business days plus shipping time). I offered to pay for different refurbished device upfront and ship my current defective device back for credit and that option was not even considered. Still frustratingly working through customer service waiting for answers and resolution. Not sure if Back Market is the issue or the independent seller.

I use it every day! so handy for work, and on the go use when you can't pull out your phone. purchase came with no scratches, dents, marks, and works perfectly!

Phone looks good, battery longevity is fine, clean screen. Can't complain....will definitely buy again.
