I got it at my door unscathed, brought it in, charged it up, and it works perfectly. It has this small bubbles at the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't affect it's performance in any way, shape, or form.

Back Market provided it's usual high level of service. It gave me a promised delivery date and the product was then delivered 3 days early! The item itself is "clunky" but I had a very specific use in mind and it performs admirably for that. It needed to be a tablet that I could use for a one off app, and it does that. Compared to the more recent versions it is slow, but so far it is dependable and while if I could have one thing I would like it to be a bit faster but for the price it does what I need it to do.

First off, I want to thank you for the computer that was at a value price. I do have a concern: The computer I received was supposed to be in “good” condition. When I opened the laptop for the first time, a piece of plastic fell out. I know that the grading system accounts for scratches, but I do not consider equating “scratches” with “cracks”. Unless this is a genuine mistake, I believe a bit more clarity is in order. The chip that fell out came from the top left corner of the monitor. I am concerned that, over time, it will cause problems. There is another crack close to the power button, where the monitor attaches to the body. This will definitely cause problems later! Is there anything that can be done about these cracks?

Item is in good physical condition. The battery only lasts a couple hours even in sleep mode. Some of the keys do not work well. For example:" The number "3" key has to be pressed a couple times to register as well as a couple letters. This is a pain when typing or entering passwords. Back light keyboard works occasionally. It works for what I need it for and the price was right.

This is amazing! Husband got a great working laptop with all the features he wanted plus some! Thank you all! This site really helps those of us in need. If only I could get my college books here! Lol
