I received the unlocked iPhone 14. It is in really good condition. I had my cellular carrier to add it to my number, then I purchased a case and screen protector. I am very satisfied with my iPhone 14 purchase and will recommend purchasing from BackMarket to others.

I could not be happier switching from a Galaxy phone to a furbished, unlocked iPhone. The ease of the sale only matches the ease of use of the iPhone. Transferring the data and music from an old iPhone 7 that I had not used in over a year to the iPhone 13 was so easy even I mastered it at 84 years old. All I did was take the SIM card from the Galaxy and place it in the iPhone, and it came to life.

The phone was amazing, just as I had hoped. I chose one in fair condition, but it actually exceeded my expectations right from the first look. I'm still getting familiar with it, especially since this is my first-ever Apple product.

I love Back Market, I purchased two phones from them already and they were pretty much my go to for upgrading my phone. I was initially very excited when I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, I ran into issues using the phone as it would not connect to my mobile network. I did the various troubleshooting methods; factory reset, mobile network reset, switching carriers, and even esim and physical sim card to no avail. After further research I found that the issue was with that particular model of Galaxy that Samsung has yet to address or fix. I returned my device, hassle free, and plan to purchass a different phone instead.

Phone arrived in pristine condition, only issue is battery is only 81 % health, but it’s easy to get replaced. Great phone absolutely flawless physical condition. Highly recommend BackMarket for refurbished devices There was a problem after iOS update, contacted back market for assistance, but it was a simple fix I resolved by myself. I still waiting to hear back to hear from back market support to even tell them I resolved the problem.

Second purchase from back market!! This time choose a phone in “good” condition and phone came and is in great condition.. arrived on time & am pleased with my purchase. Back market is my go to place with refurbished phones.

My computer works great that I got!! It was supposed to be in excellent condition but there’s some pretty big chips in there edges of the computer….i know it’s refurbished but I’d expect this computer to be good condition, maybe not excellent!!
