Phone arrived in pristine condition, only issue is battery is only 81 % health, but it’s easy to get replaced. Great phone absolutely flawless physical condition. Highly recommend BackMarket for refurbished devices There was a problem after iOS update, contacted back market for assistance, but it was a simple fix I resolved by myself. I still waiting to hear back to hear from back market support to even tell them I resolved the problem.

Second purchase from back market!! This time choose a phone in “good” condition and phone came and is in great condition.. arrived on time & am pleased with my purchase. Back market is my go to place with refurbished phones.

I love Back Market, I purchased two phones from them already and they were pretty much my go to for upgrading my phone. I was initially very excited when I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, I ran into issues using the phone as it would not connect to my mobile network. I did the various troubleshooting methods; factory reset, mobile network reset, switching carriers, and even esim and physical sim card to no avail. After further research I found that the issue was with that particular model of Galaxy that Samsung has yet to address or fix. I returned my device, hassle free, and plan to purchass a different phone instead.

Im loving my phone so far. I got it in used condition and it looks brand new. no complaints at all with anything, including storage, data, etc!! I've been buying iPhones from back market since 2021. I have 3 girls and they want upgraded phones yearly. Trusted company and I stand 100% behind my review and with the company.

The phone was in excellent condition ( better than expected) and is working perfectly. Packaging and delivery was excellent, I would recommend Backmarket to anyone interested in a used phone. Very happy with the purchase

bought it in fair conditions and the phone came with no scratches at all as if i bought excellent condition only thing my battery at 85% shouldnt be a problem though ! definitely enjoying my purchase! my boyfriend saw backmarket ad on the subway and told me i should purchase my phone off this app glad i listened to him!
