Here are the things I really like so far! - BackMarket has a warrantee, does inspections of each device, and replaces any parts that need replacement, so you ensure that you get a device that you love! - The prices are competitive compared to other used devices you can find on OfferUp, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace or elsewhere - BackMarket is communicative with you about your about your device arrival date and addressing any potential problems you may have Regarding my MacBook, this is my first one, so I don't know if this is an issue with the device or if this is the norm, but for a device with 16GB of ram, it does seem to struggle a little bit with running some apps. So far, I have a couple times where I was running what I thought were low-stress apps, but my MacBook froze on me and I had to completely shut it down and turn it back on. And the only problem is that I don't want to have to return it for another device because of how long the exchange process could potentially take. The only potentially big problem is the arrival date. My device required a signature upon arrival. BackMarket told me that my device would arrive on a Saturday. H...

It came very quickly and was in better condition than I thought it would. It works very well, better than my much newer loaner MacBook. I’m considering upgrading to a newer one to use apps that no longer support it, but am hesitant to let go of the HDMI and USB ports. When I purchase a new MacBook, I’ll definitely purchase here again. It was quick to arrive, in great condition, and works well. No complaints here.

screen flickers, but for the amazing low price I'm sure I will get the use I need to out of it. probably won't be a big problem anytime soon.

I was nervous at first dropping as much as did on this MacBook but in the fair condition I ordered it in it is amazingly worth it

great laptop but the space key came stuck. i still need to get some things tweaked and fixed on it but overall everything else is lovely.
