The phone works great. Like brand new! The battery is annoying because it drains fast but the iphone 11 is an older one so i’m not shocked. The sides and camera of the phone were a little more scratched then i would have expected for an “excellent” quality phone but i can’t bruce it with a case. Overall great experience though!

I spent hours and hours trying to find an affordable phone on Amazon. I finally, just on a whim typed into google: refurbished phones, and this site was the first link. I really really got lucky. My last phone finally broke and I needed a budget phone quick! And $70 for a phone in pristine condition is unbeatable! The next phone I get will definitely not be a budget Samsung like A03s, as it doesn't keep up with what I need. It has a subpar camera and minimal memory but it's perfect to have as a spare when I can afford an upgrade. And it goes without saying that I'll be purchasing my next smartphone through this site! I've also been eyeing the PS5s for tax time 😉

This is my 1st time buying a refurbished phone. So far so good. Works like new. Not too many "trash app" installed on default (which I personally prefer). Holding charge ok so far too, but I'll wait & see ..

I have been pleased with the service and product, it looked new. And the best price I had found so I was concerned about the quality in the begining but plan to shop them next time I need a phone. Jury still out on the pixel 7 pro. I have been pleased with it mostly but yet to find a screen protector that works reliably with the finger print sensor. Probably will have to go commando.

phone was great. but im still trying to figure out why it took 5 days to ship the phone and i paid for expedited ahipping, but only 2 days to ship when i sent it back for a refund. im sure that u have a logical explanation for that right? im all ears

This was my first time purchasing anything from backmarket and I'm very happy. I ordered my device in excellent condition and it looks new. the delivery time on the app was exactly right and any complaints I do have are for USPS and wasted breath here. Definitely will recommend Backmarket to friends and will be using again

Arrived on time and shipping box in great condition. I couldn't be happier with the performance of the Samsung Galaxy A9+ Tablet. The unit looks new and has no marks on the screen or the rest of the exterior. Thank You Back Market!
