Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

Ordered this OLED Switch in good condition expecting some scratches or wear. What we got was essentially a brand new Switch, the box it came in had more damage than anything else. I have used BackMarket for multiple refurbished products with 100% satisfactory! I will keep coming back and referring people here.

As usual, my order arrived days early. Although the Xbox console was pristine and in better condition than I had expected, the Xbox controller was a mess. The battery compartment was clogged with corrosion. It's of little consequence, though. I have other controllers. Overall, good job, BackMarket.

I’m so impressed with the condition of this switch! When it arrived it had some fingerprints but honestly looked brand new otherwise and had 0 problems with it at all. Now tempted to get a MacBook from here!

The product was exactly as advertised, the console looks and plays just like brand new. I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, will definitely use this company for more electronic needs in the future.

The Xbox worked rlly well nd got here a day before the date expect so I can’t complain on that but the inside of the console looks as if hasn’t been touched. I’m not sure if it’s a trade in console or what but it’s dirty with a lot of dust, I’ll take it apart myself later on to clean it out

I love that I'm reducing my carbon footprint while getting the new (to me) stuff I like! Not to mention the affordability, especially when I trade in my tech that I no longer need! Quality of the Switch itself was as expected. However, there was still a user logged in when I received the device. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal if it hadn't been a parental controlled user. I had to call Nintendo and get a Master Key to reset parental controls and delete the user, which was a bit of a pain but only took about 20 minutes. The HDMI cord that was sent stopped working after about a week. But the console, remotes, and case are all in great shape. No sticky keys or big scratches. Overall, I'm pleased!
