Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. I bought this older model iPhone for one reason only--to connect by Bluetooth to our stereo system to play WQXR radio. It replaces an ancient iPhone 6, whose battery swelled (for a second time) to a truly grotesque degree, and was no longer safe. The "new" iPhone 6s's condition was supposed to be medium (or something). It looked absolutely new, at least in our case. It worked. It was cheaper than another solution. Service was great. Review is therefore "Awesome."

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished iPad or buying anything from Back Market in general. I was a bit hesitant about buying a used iPad and was worried about the condition it would come in. However, despite my worries, I was not disappointed once it had arrived. This iPad shipped fairly quickly and got here on time. After unpacking it, I was met with exactly what I had ordered and it came in pristine condition despite choosing the "fair" option. The package came with the iPad and a 3-foot lightning cable but no power adapter. There were no dents, scratches, cracks, or scuffs, and the iPad pretty much looked brand new. I had a bit of a scare trying to turn it on for the first time but I soon realized that it arrived with zero percent battery so I had to charge it beforehand. After booting it up, everything was smooth and running perfectly. I highly recommend this site for any of your electronic needs and overall, I had a fantastic experience ordering from here.

bought fair condition, iPad working flawless. shipping a little slow but came from Cali to Mass. so ok I guess. very happy overall. very slightly marked on back and looks like it was scuffed by something plastic on the screen but not noticeable when using

The shipping was so fast and the phone was in great shape! I’m glad I gave BackMarket a chance. My old phone finally stopped working and I needed a good replacement that wouldn’t cost me hundreds of dollars or require another 2 year contract with my provider. I love the phone it's pretty much new just a couple scratches but although it does work and and can get typical tests done on it I will for sure be coming back to give back wireless they have amazing reviews you guys should shop, Thank You !

All is super… hi there , I am a first time customer and this tablet was a present for my son. It came a day early and intact. I am so happy with my purchase , I really thought that I was going to find some defects as I didn’t choose the highest tier as far as the condition of it and to my surprise it was immaculate!.
