This was my first time purchasing a refurbished iPad or buying anything from Back Market in general. I was a bit hesitant about buying a used iPad and was worried about the condition it would come in. However, despite my worries, I was not disappointed once it had arrived. This iPad shipped fairly quickly and got here on time. After unpacking it, I was met with exactly what I had ordered and it came in pristine condition despite choosing the "fair" option. The package came with the iPad and a 3-foot lightning cable but no power adapter. There were no dents, scratches, cracks, or scuffs, and the iPad pretty much looked brand new. I had a bit of a scare trying to turn it on for the first time but I soon realized that it arrived with zero percent battery so I had to charge it beforehand. After booting it up, everything was smooth and running perfectly. I highly recommend this site for any of your electronic needs and overall, I had a fantastic experience ordering from here.

I previously purchased a similar device from Back Market last year. I was completely satisfied with my selection, quality of the refurbed model, price, and purchase experience. And that's why I purchased another MP3 player for my wife. Again, Back Market did not disappoint and we're completely satisfied with the purchase.

All is super… hi there , I am a first time customer and this tablet was a present for my son. It came a day early and intact. I am so happy with my purchase , I really thought that I was going to find some defects as I didn’t choose the highest tier as far as the condition of it and to my surprise it was immaculate!. Thanks so much I will be purchasing again for sure ;)

For the most part the overall product is in good conditions. It’s getting the job done being the fact that my old phone completely crashed on me. The only reasons I didn’t rate 5 stars are because I first was having issues with the device reading the SIM card. Got that resolved but now I’m dealing with an overheating battery. That’s the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5

I'm very happy with my iphone 13 purchase. The phone was in exceptional condition and I paid for good condition! I could not find anything wrong with the device. It charged to 100% and lasted for three days(after tweaking it to conserve power)! I will purchase from Back Market again!

I was obligated to get a new iPhone by my employer due to security restrictions. Naturally, my employer won't reimburse me for my purchase, so I did the bare minimum to get what I needed. I jumped from an antiquated iPhone 8 to a not-quite-old iPhone 12, fair condition. In my experience, phones are all but indestructible, so the external physical condition of it didn't concern me. It arrived a few days later, and holds a full charge. I checked the batter health and it's at 95%, more than I expected. Now I've got a case for it and it feels brand new. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back next year for an iPhone 13, I'm sure.

Condition seemed like new. Way better than I thought it would be. I'm glad Back Market has such strict condition policies because everything I have purchased has appeared like new regardless of which condition I've selected.

Once again you guys & gals delivered (literally & figuratively) I’ve been getting ALL of my Apple products from you guys for YEARS now & I’ve never been disappointed & I hope I’ve brought some business your way throughout the years because I’ve told soooo many people about back market it amazes me how many people don’t know about you guys yet! This isn’t something I can gatekeep I need everyone know how amazing you all are. Thank you!! Oh btw I received my phone 2 days earlier than expected so good lookin out it’s appreciated!!

Bought for my wife for her birthday and she's in love with it! It's such a great product and was not expecting that at all. If you're looking for simple, cheap, yet reliable definitely check it out! So worth the buy.
