In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I am very pleased with my purchase of an iPhone 13 Pro from Back Market. It is in excellent condition, and the battery lasts long. This was my first purchase from Back Market, but I will definitely return when I need something else.

My experience has been excellent! I’d never used BackMarket before so I was definitely skeptical, but the phone arrived promptly and worked immediately. There were some scratches on the side of the phone that weren’t in the photos, but I honestly couldn’t care less - it’s used and it’s gonna get covered up by my case. Overall very happy with the service.

I bought an Ipad pro 13 (M4) 256gb wifi + 5g for $879, the condition was good on the website but when it arrived it was pristine except for a super little barely noticeable chip on the screen, totally worth it. I also checked the battery life on settings and it also had only 5 battery cycles. I basically got a pretty much brand new ipad pro for half the price and I couldn’t be happier ❤️

Was really wary based on mixed reviews I found online, understanding that not everyone’s experience goes as well as mine did. I found the communication from backmarket to be really great and the iPhone I received met my expectations. A few weeks into using it and all is great. I’d definitely buy again and recommend BM to friends.

Really a terrific machine. My first iPad so it take a bit of patience as it’s replacing a Mac. The screen is really fantastic. Same with the speed. There are loads of tips and training to get familiar with the operating system and settings. I’m very happy with the transaction and saved 30% off the retail price.

App search was great. Used the notification option to find a price drop on the phone I was looking for and got a bargain price. However I was a little disappointed in the condition rating. I bought a "Good" condition phone which came with a 2" scratch in the center of the screen that is visible at arms length away. Definitely not a perfect screen as a "Good" condition is supposed to be. Getting a 1 year warranty on a used phone was my biggest reason for going with Back Market. Also sold my old phone thru Back Market. Easy, quick and good price.

This phone quickly made me love the iPhone 12 pro max. It quickly became my favorite apple phone of all time. I received this phone in November & it was perfect until about May. In May, 7 months after receiving this phone, the battery health hit 70 percent. Since then, this phone does not work off of the charger. I have to use a portable charger in public at all times to be able to use my phone or else it shuts off. This phone was great for those 7 months, but now it is the bane of my existence. Will be getting my new phone, that I am unfortunately required to buy only 7 months after buying a phone, from elsewhere.

The phone is perfect. Is like i bought a new iphone 12 from Apple. I ordered the exclent Iphone 12, and is exactly what i got. It does not have a single scratch. The battery condition is at 100% (and i didnt ordered a new battery). The problem i had was with the delivery. This seller uses UPS and he does not deliver to PO BOX, so we had to change the delivery address when the package was already delivered and that was a headacke. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
