I have used Back Market multiple times for different refurbished electronics & they have always done a great job! All our phones & laptops have been in great condition & the website is easy to navigate. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 128GB & it is great & shipping was pretty quick.

As usual my watched arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There was a bit of a learning curve, but that's on me. I've happened to replace my macbook, ipad and iphone all this year (all refurbished through Backmarketof course) and this was a bit of an impulse purchase when I was feeling antsy snowed in and I'm so happy I did. I've probably run out of things to buy, but next time I need to this is the only place I look.

I've bought from Rebeelo a couple times and everytime I've gotten a refurbished phone, it always had something wrong with it. Thankfully, Black Market can follow through with their promises of a functional phone. I'd most likely buy from here again

My order arrived when I was just leaving the house taking a friend to buy a brand new phone and after seeing the refurbished S22+ I had bought from Back market he changed his plans and placed his order here. First time buying on here and a refurbished item in general. Delivery process was shaky at the start with FedEx marking the package as "delivered" though I never received anything until two days later. Luckily, customer service was quick to be on top of the case and ensure I received the package. The phone itself is in remarkable condition with no issues. The fingerprint scanner works, connects to data/wifi/Bluetooth, set up barely took 10 mins, and no issues with the camera. Only saw one small scratch on the back, but other than that the phone is flawless. I would recommend purchasing on here, but going for excellent quality is a must unless you like taking risks.

Very pleased with the quality of the refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20. The only confusing part was comparing the quality of refurbished phones from different suppliers.

I want to start by saying that I went out on faith with your company and ordered Galaxy tab S7 that I wasn't sure I needed cuz I have a gaming laptop and a Android cell phone but I wanted to find a device where I could read digital comics and have a little bit bigger screen to watch YouTube and be able to journal with a pen with all that being said it has exceeded my expectations and I saved money to boot I will be trading in my old devices with your company and buying other refurbished devices in the future!!!!
