The service was great, the ordering and what not. The product was golden for about two weeks but now the I Pad keeps cutting off and restarting, but i know it’s refurbished so… BUT the Back Market part was fine.

1 year old Pixel 8 Pro in near perfect condition for under $450.00, what's not to like. I almost feel bad for the consumer who took a $550.00 depreciation hit for the obsession with having the latest and greatest Android phone.

I bought this device in fair condition and I can say it was practically in good condition with just a few scuffs and minor scratches but other than that it was great! Got this tablet for my youngest daughter to play games and watch videos on and she loves it. Battery life is also pretty good for her as well. Would highly recommend!!!

I got the blue iPad in good condition and omg it came in perfectly condition it looks brand new you wouldn’t be able to tell the different. I charged it up and was able to easily set it and connect it to my phone. The delivery for this also came fast and in the correct estimate that they said it would come in. The battery life is good it charges fast the only scratch I saw was really really really small on the corner of the outside but it’s not noticeable at all. I’m so glad I took the jump and made this purchase.

I waited over a year to review, and I have to say I still love this phone! It arrived fully functional, very minor cosmetic scratches but otherwise totally perfect condition. Still completely safe in the water (oopsie), still has great battery life. Back Market has never done me wrong, so if the device fits your needs, definitely get it here for less!

Phone is great. This is my second purchase from you guys over the years and you never disappoint. For a phone in "fair" condition, I would consider it good. Very fast shipping, came way before the date projected. Thanks so much!

The phone came a day earlier than expected which is always great. I got a iPhone SE 1st generation, the condition was way better than I expected. The only thing I don't like is the size of the phone but other than that the overall service & product was great. It's my 1st iPhone so I'll probably get familiar with this 1 an grab another 1 from Back Market!

Purchased for my mother in another state. The touchscreen/numbers 4 and 7 are unresponsive. The “ask for help” menu is circular and ends no where. “Contact Back Market Customer Care” just brings back to my “orders” page. Frustrating.
