The computer works great and everything but the only issue I had is my storage on the computer is not what I paid for and I cannot get it replaced without getting a refund and buying it all over again. I wish I could just have a replacement sent instead of needing to go through the full refund and repurchase process again but other than that I really love this device.

So far so good, I love the condition of my new MacBook Pro. It's an older model, but it supports new s/w and the price was perfect. I've only had it 2 wks and am pleased with my purchase.

Is in great condition. Functions properly and I haven’t noticed any scratches or damage to the frame. Took a while to update and set up the watch, but that might’ve been because of my wifi and not the actual product. Arrived within great time as well.

The keyboard that comes with the computer came with a broken space bar. The 2nd day of use it started making a sound when I’d plug it in. The screen of the computer when off looks to have for lack of better term bleeding under the skin. Otherwise the computer runs well. It came before expected delivery date so that definitely was a plus!

The laptop arrived quickly And exactly how it was described. The laptop only had one very small 1 mm dang on it, and besides that it was in flawless condition. I really had to look to even find the very small imperfection that add, and honestly, the average person would not even notice it. In my opinion, this computer exceeded expectations in the “good” category. I would buy from the seller again.

The process of ordering the laptop and the shipping were fine. The computer works fine except for one thing—for seemingly no reason, the fan occasionally runs high and loud. I've checked my Activity Monitor at those times, and there's nothing to indicate why.

Great experience. Bought a 2012 MacBook Pro that was in excellent and pristine condition, as described. Will buy from Back market again in a heartbeat.

The laptop arrived quickly, and it’s working great so far. The only thing I noticed was some sticky residue on the opening, but that’s easily wiped away. I highly recommend this product!
