Shipped faster than expected, refurbished unit was like new, great computer with plenty of memory speed and power for business and personal use and no issues at all so far.

I've had this computer for a while now. almost a year at this point. Work beautifully. hHad to install a graphics card 3060 ti just perfectly fits. though the graphics card stabilizer had to be removed and I had to get a new one. but no harm no foul I should have done a bit more research. And I had to install a power unit that supports a graphics card but that was easy and cheaper than expected. other than that it works phenomenally and those issues weren't actually issues. Just modifications really.

Laptop was packed amazingly, bubble wrap sleeve for the laptop and a thick outer layer of normal bubble wrap so the laptop would not move. Was actually hard to remove the laptop out from its padding that good, I don’t know if this is something I just missed but I would have loved a air compressor blow on the laptop before being sent it had weird yellow chunks at the bottom like a crusty almost yellow chunks and some stuff in the keyboard not a deal breaker but if you have to things or allergies I would suggest having a loved one open up your package and clean it for you to avoid a problem other then that the laptop is in great condition and works well.

It’s a lot better than I thought. At first I thought it had no backlight but I dug deeper into online manuals and YouTube its battery life is good but I suggest turning all the suggested settings from the settings tab get a 100 watt charger preferably on sale it’s much better than a 65watt and the tablet mode is so fun, I recommend a stylus. Take care of it and it will take care of you

It's perfect for the price. Everything works. It keeps a charge all keys work properly came very clean. The package it came in was good very well protected. It also came in early. Would buy from here again.. Thank you.

There are a few scratches on the corners of the laptop- way fewer than I was expecting! It was packaged nicely and arrived safely.

The Mac is amazing! Screen and sound and quality and everything looks good. I love it 🫶🏼🥺
