LOVE my refurbished iPhone SE (2022). I always select Good or Excellent condition - and it looks brand new with 97% Battery Health (currently 93%)! It even came with a screen protector already attached. Have been using it for 5 mos without any issues. Was able to track purchase and came with Signature Required - so no getting lost in shipping. Will definitely purchase from Back Market again!

The service and ease of purchasing are awesome. I’m deducting one star because of the phone itself. I bought an iPhone SE3 with a new battery installed. The phone doesn’t recognize the battery as an Apple product and the battery life is awful.

Recieved the wrong color and with a small scratch on the screen. I know it's refurbished so I didn't expect the screen to be perfect but I believe I payed a little extra so it would be of better quality

I was a little apprehensive to order a refurbished phone online but I'm so glad I took the chance! It's a great phone and is exactly how it was described. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. If your still on the fence about ordering from Back Market, don't be, they are totally legit and the phones are great!

The phone works well overall, but during the first three months of use the front camera would consistently lock up and stop working, even with a phone restart. It was not properly refurbished and tested to the fullest degree

I purchased the iPhone 12 mini black, excellent condition. I will say it was in perfect condition overall. there were a few very super microscopic scratches on the screen, but it doesn’t really matter because you don’t notice them. I will also say on the left side of the screen next to the very edge theres these weird little like bubble looking things I think it was from when they just opened up the phone to fix it up but it’s not obvious unless you really try to look for it and when the screen is on you can’t even tell. the mic is good. It takes in audio very well and I know that from when I listen with my AirPods, but the speaker on the phone is not so great and doesn’t go that loud. It’s not dirt in the speaker, the speaker is just bad (but if I send someone a vid and they play it on their device it sounds good) but the mic is good so no complaints on that. I will say the phone dies somewhat fast (my battery health is 82%) but it also charges super super fast. Besides all these minor imperfections, I will see the phone is excellent and the camera quality is amazing and all these minor defects do not really affect my use with the phone so overall I really recommend the refur...
