Honestly the lack of a power cable and screws for the stand was surprising as this was my first ever pc and monitor bought. Overall good experience, will update when I get cash to buy a power cable and screws 💀🙏

Was in perfect condition and was very impressed with the packaging for shipment. It also arrived on time which I'm beyond grateful for. I even got to enjoy removing the scratch protection film myself!

The price was almost too good to be true for the specs but I had to try it out. It did take a little longer to come to me but it was worth it. If I need any tech in the future this will be my first site to check out. It is really that good.

This monitor arrived in better packaging than how I bought it new. Everything works perfectly straight out of the box. I don’t think I’ll ever buy new monitors again.

Delivery was on point and on time --- just finished to install software etc. etc. so far so good and no problems -- if things keep that way I will change my review to 5 stars for sure.

Packed really well and shipped fast. Really happy to get this CPU, it was more than what my son expected.

idk if it's just how it is but the screen would flash very slightly between regular and a black screen but other than thatbits been very amazing so far🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🙌

Bought this 01/23. I'm a casual computer user, I don't use it daily or for anything crazy. The keyboard just randomly stopped working, it's like useless. The keyboard is likely the part they refurbished to begin with. Barely made it a year, that's why their warranty is 1 year, after that you're done.
