I wasn't sure what to expect because I've only ordered my kids phones from here (I've ordered my own from "regular"stores thinking I'd get better quality) & I usually choose "excellent condition". This time I needed a phone like yesterday & due to my circumstances@ the time I had to go with the cheapest option. I was pretty sure it wasn't gonna be pretty but I've ordered from back market so many times I knew it would at least be fully functional. I was so wrong. I got the gold iphone 12 pro max & it's the prettiest phone I've ever owned! Apparently "fair" means it has scratches so tiny they're barely visible to the naked eye. You literally have to search for imperfections. If someone told me this was a brand new phone I'd 100% believe them. I Couldn't be happier with my phone or the amazing price tag! I f*#%ing love Back Market!!

The phone arrived in a timely manner and is in excellent cosmetic condition (I only paid for fair condition) but the wrong color was sent so now I have to return and wait for refund before I can purchase another phone.

Everything works amazingly well! The phone appeared to be brand new as it was without a scratch. I purchased a "Good" condition phone but upon receiving it the phone feels more like excellent condition. I will no longer buy new phones with 24 month contracts. "This is the way."

Absolutely perfect condition; if they had told me this phone was unboxed from the factory packaging and then immediately placed into bubblewrap and sent to me, I'd believe them. Works great, completely immaculate and was trivially easy to set up. If this experience is any indication, I see absolutely no need to purchase any piece of electronic hardware new ever again. Backmarket has earned a lifelong customer.

Delivered on time, no issues with the package. Been using my new phone for nearly a month and it's been wonderful. No issues with battery life, cameras have no scratches, speakers and mic work fine. Overall a perfectly working dream phone. Not even a single dead pixel. This was my first time using Back Market so I was pretty nervous, but now I can say I am very happy to have given it a chance.

Welp. The phone has frozen a few times after a week of working perfectly. Today is April Fools day and it’s worse than the previous day. I’m not sure how long it will last, but maybe it’s an issue at the Facilty I work at. I will see how it functions when I go home this evening.

Great deal on the phone, perfect condition. The case I ordered with the phone ended up being scheduled to come much later than the phone (I expected them to arrive together) so I ended up ordering another case from Amazon because I was traveling and needed it. (I have no doubt that at some point I will need another case.) I highly recommend buying from Back Market. Before this purchase, I had bought a supposedly new phone off eBay and it definitely wasn't. The phone I got from Back Market definitely seems new although it's supposedly not!
