So far I am happy with my purchase. It even came with a keyboard and mouse which is was not expecting since it's a refurbished machine. It booted right up and had it set up in minutes, no issues far. looks like new as well.

Very happy with my refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T480S. I haven't had a computer in years, and is taking some getting used to. But overall it works great, is in pretty good condition, good price, and shipping was fast. I've bought a few android phones and now a laptop from backmarket and have had a great experience every time. I will continue to buy from backmarket, every time the wife or kids break a phone.

Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. Needless to say, it is on its way back to the seller.

I’m very pleased with the Dell Latitude 5400 I received. It arrived in excellent condition, even though listed as Fair, with no noticeable wear or issues. The laptop runs smoothly, feels solid, and the battery life is impressive for a used device. Overall, a great value and a hassle-free purchase. Highly recommend!

I am impressed, as I always am, at the value per dollar to be found on Back Market. I've picked up a couple of phones and 3 or 4 computers from here over the years and it's been a great experience every time. I'm also quite pleased with my most recent purchase, the Dell Latitude 5480. I'm working on finishing installing all of my personal programs and settings as I pause to write this review. All is as it should be.

This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now at least and have used it almost every single day. Everything is running smoothly and as expected. I love this new laptop. It has the improved specs I needed without the new retail pricing. I've been buying more reconditioned products lately and really think it's the way to go. I will check BackMarket again for my next electronics purchase. Thanks!

Really happy with my laptop. I wanted to give it a couple weeks of use before I gave my review and so far everything is as expected. I took a risk and purchased a "fair" quality laptop and it is in great shape in my opinion. The keyboard/touchpad is a little sensitive and some buttons are harder to click but for the price. I ran a battery health check and it was at 90% so I can't complain. Overall happy with my purchase and will be purchasing from here again!

This is the second time I've used backmarket to purchase a "new-to-me" device, and I will keep coming back! I bought an iPhone SE a little over a year ago, and most recently this thinkpad. My items arrived promptly in fantastic condition within environmentally friendly packaging. No issues with either device to date! Fantastic experience.
