I’ve purchased refurbished MacBooks from Apple in the past. And the condition of those was exactly as they’ve stated - scratches and all. However, what I received from Back Market was far better than what was described. And at a better discount than manufacturer refurbished. I’m so happy I discovered Back Market.

I got an iPhone 14, and everything seems to be in working order. I was surprised at how good of shape it is in! It looks new. I'm glad to have an option to buy a phone that feels a little more earth-friendly and budget-friendly. Apple has made it really easy to set up a phone these days, too, so the switch was pretty seamless.

The phone was pretty good. I got the 1000 GB 15 Pro Max ("Excellent" Condition) - it came a little dirty which wasn't my favorite thing. Additionally, it had started slightly glitching, now personally I would ranked it to be in Good Condition due to this reason. Otherwise...the phone has been great! I love the storage, it's still a very good, responsive, quality phone. Overall? 7.5/10. I've seen better, but this is definitely not the worst. Please keep in mind that this phone is REFURBISHED so I wouldn't expect every promise in the world that's stated on the sight.

I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. A very good used Mac!

I was rocking the iPhone SE (2020) since I hold dear to my heart the home button with touch ID. Plus, the size of the phone fit comfortably in my hand. Originally, I was looking to upgrade to the iPhone 16 pro but the phone itself felt too big for my liking. I found this iPhone 13 mini and saw that the dimensions were overall smaller than my SE but it gave me a bigger screen size. I hope that Apple is able to continue supporting this phone for the next 5 years, which is roughly how long I keep a phone before upgrading. Sure enough I bought this phone for a bargain, $255 for one in excellent condition. Midnight was the closest thing to black and I am impressed with this phone. It feels great in just one hand and I can reach the whole screen with my thumb alone. I thought the notch would bother me a lot but it was easy to get accustomed to. The battery health came in at 90% which was more than I thought I would get. The battery lasts longer than the SE and the OLED display was a nice upgrade. I miss the home button with touch ID but I figure with time I will come to enjoy face ID. The phone was also delivered to my house 4 days sooner than the estimated date. Definitely, would recomm...

The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty. Currently serving its purpose as a headless local iCloud backup server and doing great! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from BackMarket or this refurbisher again. The peace of mind in knowing you won't be screwed over and have a warranty to back up your purchase is priceless.

I ordered the MacBook Air 2018 in fair condition and it literally looks brand new! I am very pleased with it so far. It works really well and has tons of storage. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged nicely. Overall, this was a great experience! I highly recommend.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro in the premium category, and it is absolutely flawless from scratches or anything. And the battery health is on 100 percent and is all genuine apple parts. This phone looks brand new.
