Everything is great about the computer physically, no blemishes or surface issues. I’m noticing the left shift bar feels stuck down or doesn’t depress like a normal key. Worried that might be an issue later. Fantastic computer otherwise!

Well, I've only had the computer for approximately 10 days so far, but so far, I love it. It is in a condition as advertised, works great so far, and I can offer nothing but praise regarding the computer itself. The Backmarket experience was also as promised, and I will not hesitate to purchase from Backmarket again. My thanks to the Backmarket team. With such a smooth transaction so far, I cannot comment on customer service pertaining to warranty or other issues. I hope that I do not have to deal with such things. The computer itself works great, but the condition is less than what I expected with the logo being scratched. I also did not receive a genuine apple charger with the computer, instead receiving an underpowered cheap knock off.

Order came in one day. The item arrived in brand new condition. Thank you

Very poor quality on the MacBook that was sent. Sticky mouse and keyboard. Previous owner obviously spilled a drink on it. Very obvious sign of use. Not worth the price.
