This iPad was in outstanding condition and it works very well for the price paid. Despite it being refurbished, it stays charged for an optimal amount of time. I was very pleased with the delivery as well…it came a day earlier than expected! I have already found other items to order since this purchase. Few weeks ago and will continue buying from Back Market!!

I decided to purchase a iPhone 13 Pro from this seller because their asking price was competitive among the sea of iPhone refurbishers on BackMarket. This is the third iPhone I've purchased off BM and thankfully, it's the only one I won't have to request a return for. The iPhone was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. I purchased the phone in 'Good' condition and although it doesn't quite meet BM's description for 'Good', I can understand why the vendor labelled the phone as such. The back and sides of the iPhone (including the camera lenses) are flawless: no perceptible scratches, dings, or discoloration. The screen has a few scratches, two of them particularly noticeable but it doesn't affect the touchscreen's responsiveness and they're only visible when the screen is off. 'Good' is a fair label in my book. As for the software, it's snappy and apps are quick to load; a significant improvement over my aging Samsung. The battery life is at 88 percent, which is more than what I started with on my old Samsung Galaxy (that I purchased in 'Excellent' condition) and more than enough for my needs. iPhone 13s have an internal setting that limits charging in order to prolong b...

I've purchased a Blue iPhone 14 256 GB, which is in excellent condition. It has only two insignificant marks on the edge. Otherwise, it is perfect, with a battery health of 85%. I'm set for another couple of years with room to grow my onboard photo library. Back Market delivered on their promise of quality. Thank You!

I love it! It’s in such good condition and works well with my other devices, a wonderful purchase all around. So much more cost effective than getting refurbished straight from Apple as well. Xx

The phone is exactly how I expected, nothing less, nothing more. it had a couple of light scratches on the screen and the camera but when the phone was turned on you couldn't see it. the phone also has an 85% battery, it certainly dies fast compared to my old Android that lasted me more than 8 hour heavy use battery life but I'm not complaining because I'm not usually a heavy user. it lasted me a full school day but it probably won't last if you have more than 1 after school sport like me. when I first purchased this iPhone 12 mini, I honestly didn't care if there were scratches unless it's a deep scratch, as long as the phone works, I'm happy. I have a new phone case coming in about a week or two so after that I'll be set.

The watch came really fast and was in perfect condition. Set up easily just like when you get them from apple. My bf is happy with it!! My only “complaint” is that there’s no original box- but again this is a refurbished watch so it makes sense that the original box does not come- it would just be nice or a cherry on top. Overall 10/10 would recommend. You get what you pay for and it’s great!

I couldn't be happier with my Apple Watch Purchase. This is the first time that I have bought refurbished, and I don't think I'll go back. The watch looked completely brand new, with no scratches or dents in it. It has 100% battery as well. Highly recommend.

The watch itself came in excellent condition. I could not even tell the watch was refurbished. It came with a band and a cha but it wasn’t Apple produced products. You could tell that they got them from a third party site or store or something like that. I’m overall extremely happy with my purchase and I will definitely be buying from back market again.

I had an awesome experience buying my phone everything went smoothly. actually , I had purchased two phones one for me and my wife. we both got the Samsung Galaxy 21FE one black one purple. i believe we got good condition and they were excellent. i would highly recommend buying a phone or anything from backmarket. the only reason i'm giving only four stars. i wish since I bought 2 phones and was planning on getting visible plans. I would have had a promo for both plans instead of just one that would have been a lot cooler
