So far I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I feel that I got excellent bang for my buck. The only flaw I found was a tiny scratch on the screen that was no longer noticeable once I put a new screen protector.

I ordered the ipad in "good condition" for my 7yo. It arrived quickly and looks brand new, no scratches or dents. My only complaint is the charger that was given with it didn't work at all. Tried another charger that was in the house and it charged very slowly (not sure if thats normal, its our first ipad). Otherwise he loves it and I plan on buying another from backmarket in the future.

Great Experience! I bought a Ipad mini from Back Market, and it exceeded my expectations! The device was in excellent condition, just as described, and the shipping was fast. I love that they offer a great warranty and customer support. Will definitely buy from them again!

The phone is looking new. Everything works awesome. I like it except the battery backup. I came with 82% battery health and battery is draining fast. The battery should have been better for the excellent category.

I was very happy with the process, price and final product. Purchased the "Good" rating and was happy to see 95% battery health and very minor scratches to the screen. Buying used through BackMarket is a great value!

Everything worked as expected(I chose the excellent condition) The only issue i had was the charger that was sent with the iPad did not work with the device. All in all everything worked as expected minus the charger:)

I’m very happy with my purchase of the IPad. It was a replacement of my previous IPad that was no longer working, I held off for about half a year to a year before I replaced it. I thought about getting a new one but I looked at the price and decided to go another route. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can play games, watch movies and FaceTime with my family. Having two children in college made it a no brainer for me. I plan on ordering other items as well.

Mines came the day after i purchased it . it is fawless got it in excellent condition and it came with no scratches very clean it all works perfectly took 10 minutes to pair connect and put on my cellular plan . i love backmarket this is my 4th time purchasing from them
