Came in amazing condition. Back market did an excellent job refurbishing this iPad and it has exceeded my expectations for it. Very pleased with the product along with the service and kindness.

A great iPad. Until I dropped and smashed it. And even then, Back Market gave me almost as much back as I spent on a new (used) iPad! Will use Back Market again.

iPad came faster than I expected and buying it in excellent condition for the price was well worth it! Happy with my purchase 😄

Currently no issues.. arrived on time packed well with sweet note enclosed from seller. Item functioning as it’s supposed to. No complaints.

The charger port gave out after less than 3 months. I then followed the instructions from Backmarket to send it back to repair, but it requires me to download all my data and remove it but - ta da - it's impossible to do this since the charger port doesn't work .
