This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase.

Absolutely happy with my laptop, I bought a MacBook Air 2017 , fair condition and came looking like it was new, with just one minor scratch that’s hardly visible at the back. And I made another order as well after this one .

In the initial process of becoming acquainted with my new MacBook Pro I am very happy. As I gain the operational knowledge of the computer I feel that I made the right decisions, on unit and vender, thank you.

The MacBook Air I ordered came quickly, like within a couple of days, and it’s a in great condition and seems to work fine. However, I don’t know if it’s what I need for the work I do. Either way, Back Market did not disappoint with their performance!

I was in need of a laptop for my at home studio and it’s literally AMAZING! I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Battery life is at 98% & overall it is working pretty well , I do not regret getting my MacBook Pro from Justmac! If you’re thinking about it , I strongly encourage you to buy from Justmac. You won’t be disappointed

An awesome laptop for being refurbished! My first time buying a refurbished item and I’m quite impressed. No scratches or dings or anything and works like new!

I loved my purchase. It showed up 2 days early via Fed-Ex delivery. It was packaged well with an original charger. I feel like I ordered the "good" condition one but the MacBook was flawless. There were no scratches or scuffs at all. Laptop powered on immediately and I signed into my Apple ID account with no issues. It did take me a couple of hours to fully update it. I somehow thought I could update to the macOS 14 but that was just user error. Mine updated to macOS 12.7 or something like that. But, I only use this for school and some light Zoom calls for work meetings at home so it doesn't bother me. I will say that once I did update it, the battery life did seem to diminish. I go about 8 hours working heavily on it, and then find myself needing to charge it. Again, that doesn't bother me because I'm back home to charge it by then. But, keep that in mind if you don't want to charge as often. This MacBook is 8 years old and you get what you pay for. I paid less than $150 even after taxes/shipping, so I have no complaints at all!!!! I will continue shopping with these guys. After school I do plan to purchase a newer model and then reset this one to factory to give to my son.
