I really like the new watch! The platform was very easy to use and the watch even came in earlier than estimated. The description was spot on and I got what I expected. The price was right and I really appreciate the option to by refurbished. Very pleased!

Loved my experience purchasing from Back Market. I got my watch two days after ordering and it works great. I only use my watch for step and light work outs and a Full charge lasts me 2 days. So glad I made this purchase

The phone looks fine physically, although it does have one long scratch on the top frame. I've been struggling with the esim but I'm sure that's an issue for my service provider. So all in all I'm happy 😊

Let’s just say the shipping was very fast I did my research first and this is my 3rd purchase off back market I got this 14 for my son cause he is hard on phones I haven’t gave it to him yet but so far the power turned rite on the condition of the phone looks really nice I’m pretty sure he will have it for a while there were no scratches on the device the battery life seem pretty great I will update my review once I completely set it up

Phone works fine. I think with a scratch at top in front of the phone it should not have been sold as excellent. I put tempered glass on to cover the scratch. Battery at 86%. I think to be rated excellent there should be no visible scratches in the front and battery should be closer to 90%.

Very, very happy! Good price, good condition, just all good! Condition matched the description of excellent with a screen with very few superficial scratches. Easily disappearing with a screen protector. Battery was an official iPhone battery too with 84 percent life. Still can go a whole day with it.

After 2 purchases and returning got the best one so far. Love that condition to packaging and appearance. You guys reached far better than my acceptance level. Keep up your good work. Really appreciate it ❤️

iPad came within 2 days it looks brand new when it arrived it was on 4% my only issue I’m noticing is the charging it’s charging very slow let it charge for almost a whole day and still haven’t reached 100% yet .. so hopefully I don’t have to return it because of the battery but other wise so far so good

The product was excellent, much better quality than I originally expected, as it was only the "good" option, rather than the excellent. There weren't any scratches, and I've been using it for over a year and I still continuously love using it. The only negative aspect is that the battery drains rather quickly, after only 8-9 hours, rather than the normal 10-12 that it was for the first month. I expected this though, given the typical quality of batteries in apple products, especially older models.
