The phone is in great conditions, turns on & works/functions great. The only issue I have is the battery in the phone is degrading. It’s only at 78% capacity in terms of remaining battery life which means I’ll have to bring it to an Apple Store soon to have it serviced & replace the battery. Beyond that the seller is great & sells good refurbished products.

Phone arrived on time and looks and works great. However, it did come "rooted" which is a security concern that seems to have slipped through the QA process. While I'm sure I could have sent it back I just flashed it to stock Android and sealed the boot sector. Probably a good idea for anyone buying a refurbished Android device in any case, and something Back Market should do for less technical buyers.

Having a little hiccup with the trade in... but mostly my fault...had trouble with the iCloud account removal but I partnered with Apple support and iCloud.com and remedied the situation [ I believe ], as I am waiting a response from the refurbisher, [after being notified previously that the iCloud account hadn't been closed ] and they reduced the trade in value from $111 to $10 [can you believe it !!!]....I'll know more later concerning my experience....realizing that this whole situation has nothing to do with the GREAT SERVCE YOUR COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME OVER THE YEARS!!!....you asked and I answered haha...DUKE

Arrived on time. Listed as "Fair Condition". When I opened the well packed box, my phone visually looked Brand New. No scratches no nothing. When I took my phone(Galaxy S21 5g 128) to my Service Provider there was NO PROBLEMS or ISSUES. I GOT MORE THAN I PAID FOR!

Love my Samsung Galaxy S22! I wanted a refurbished phone for many reasons, price and less in the landfill being the two most important to me. I was not disappointed by Back Market. My Samsung arrived with plenty of communication and support from Back Market. It works as if it is brand new. I highly recommend!

The Samsung S21 Ultra appears to be fine in the two weeks since we received it and was as promised. Ordering was easy and delivery was as expected. Our trade-in offer was much lower than we had anticipated ($25.00) for a phone in complete working order without problems. I have previously purchased certified, refurbished smartphones directly from Samsung and felt we received a much better & fairer trade-in offer. While the price of the S21 Ultra was cheaper from Back Market, I believe that I might have fared better buying from Samsung in terms of overall cost. I will research more closely when it's time for our next purchase.

Always feels good to buy a refurbished product that's been given new life vs a new one. The phone itself is great, but the battery life is less than average. Otherwise no complaints.

The phone is amazing and just as I expected. It did have a small scratch on the front that is deep enough to see when the phone isn't on when I ordered the excellent version, but other than that it's great!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy refurbished!

Purchased for my accountant daughter and she absolutely loves it for work as well as creating drawings. She said it arrived within a week of ordering and she had no idea it was refurbished until I told her. Would definitely order from Back Market again.
