I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

This is my 2nd phone and 3rd overall purchase (Apple Watch) from backmarket, all of which are still going strong. Ordered Excellent quality and received such. The refurbisher was Liberty Tech Group and I appreciate them using Apple parts, so I didn’t get notifications when I set up the phone, but they also took the care to send my phone with a screen protector and charging box (which are not standard policy). Shipping was fast, easy, and came undamaged.

The order experience was flawless. The item itself - I like what the refurbisher considers as good quality. Just a small tiny dent on the lid and a scuff on the side, otherwise it’s in amazing shape!! Looks well cleaned and cared for. Excellent price! The shipping packaging was great, the item arrived unharmed. I’m setting up the computer now. Loving it!

Going on two weeks of use and it works great. Battery Life is at 85% which is normal for the age of the phone. Actually came with a screen protector. Had two very small scratches, but is fine with me. all in all it is a great phone with lots of memory. I would definitely buy from Back Market again. I know there were some reviews that might not be the best, but with any used or refurbished item things can happen. But communication and delivery were quick and good. I also, had a trade in. Waiting on that process to complete hopefully it is a smooth as the purchase.

The iPads works perfectly! There is a small spot where the pixels are burnt out slightly and are brighter than the others, but it's honestly so unnoticeable and is probably to be expected shopping refurbished. I'm absolutely in love and have been drawing to my heart's content!

My iPhone 12 is nearly perfect. Smallest scratch on screen, but I will take it. I tried a refurbished from Apple, sent directly to the store, didn’t work Apple couldn’t get it to backup the old phone’s data, then a refurbished from Amazon, the camera left water spots in every photo. I will never buy a refurbished phone from anyone else. PS I then bought an iPhone 13 for my daughter, and it worked perfectly also, and no scrat

The refurbished iPhone 12 was perfect and exactly as advertised. The transition from my old 8 was super easy, (Purchased from Back Market 3 years ago) and I was able to sell that back for some additional $ through the same partner. This is the third time I've purchased from Back Market (the second time buying a phone) and I recommend this site ALL THE TIME to my friends. Thank you!

I've only used it (iPhone 13 mini unlocked, 256GB) for few days, but seems to work as expected. Very glad to be able to buy used and get something I can afford! I was a little confused by if BackMarket was using dynamic pricing - the prices went up shortly after I viewed it for the first time, and I couldn't figure out if they were playing psychology games with me or what. I waited a week and prices came back down almost to where they were when I first viewed it - I didn't care for that pricing experience but overall happy enough with the price I paid.
