The iPads works perfectly! There is a small spot where the pixels are burnt out slightly and are brighter than the others, but it's honestly so unnoticeable and is probably to be expected shopping refurbished. I'm absolutely in love and have been drawing to my heart's content!

The refurbished iPhone 12 was perfect and exactly as advertised. The transition from my old 8 was super easy, (Purchased from Back Market 3 years ago) and I was able to sell that back for some additional $ through the same partner. This is the third time I've purchased from Back Market (the second time buying a phone) and I recommend this site ALL THE TIME to my friends. Thank you!

Really such a bargain. I keep discovering new little perks I didn't realize this computer has. It is working perfectly. I feel like the trade-in I got was very fair as well. The computer has a couple of dents in it that don't effect its performance at all, but made it a terrific price. This is the second thing I've purchased from Back Market - an iphone and a MacBook Pro - and I'm sure I'll be a customer again.

I was a hesitant to purchase a refurbished apple phone but it turned out to be a great decision. I wanted a smaller phone I could easily travel with. The phone barely had a scratch and works great. I changed my phone service once it arrived and am extremely happy with Back Matter, fast delivery - just everything! great product, great price, and now you've gained another trustworthy customer. I'm looking for a laptop now!!!

The packaging definitely could’ve had more cushioning but the iPad is so crisp super clean not even a scratch and i bought the good quality one not even the excellent and it came with a screen protector idk if that’s standard but i’m grateful. The iPad overall is good but somethings that I noticed is that it takes a long time to charge and dies a bit quicker and I also have to press harder on the screen to press applications. Also on the drawing app that I use it delete itself and when I’m playing music at taps on different songs that I’m not tapping on kind of annoying, but overall OK because I know what I was paying for when I bought a refurbished iPad.

The battery, although at 87%, is very disappointing. I've had an Iphone 7 for several years, and it's battery lasted much longer than this one, for at least 2 years. Unfortunately, when I ordered this refurbished phone, getting a new battery was not an option. I'm also finding that the key size, although possibly wider, seems smaller top to bottom. I find it difficult to accurately type than with my previous iPhone 7. Had I realized this, I would have purchased a slightly larger version. When I tried to leave a response with the help center, over the past week, or tried to choose a "less than smiley" face, I was unable to post a comment. I received a response of a system error. Are you unwilling to receive less than pleased comments? (I was able to easily send in a positive review for my husband's refurbished BackMarket phone)

my refurbished iPhone came on a Saturday 16th and it wasn't to be here estimated 18th or 19th. woohoo. so far I don't have much experience with back market yet I hope to have more as my finances allow. the promotional codes don't work as they are indicated but if that's the worse I can say about this company I'm happy as heck. more to come as I await my SIM card and the use of my phone. I'm a happy happy happy camper.

I was skeptical with these being refurbished. I read all the reviews and still wasn’t feeling it. I looked at other companies as I was needing a phone ASAP. But the price, 1 year warranty, 30 day return and the 2-3 day delivery from Back Market was selling me. I purchased the Good hoping for the best. To my surprise my phone looked brand new!!! Easy to setup with instructions from Back Market. It’s been 2 weeks with no issues! I love my phone. I will definitely be purchasing my phones and recommending Back Market.
