the bottom half of the screen was popping out very noticeably & that’s extremely unsafe , so i sadly had to return the iphone 13

First time purchasing from back market and i’m very pleased. Phone arrived in perfect condition and with 100% battery health(I payed for standard battery). I am beyond satisfied with the price I got the phone for and the condition the phone came in. I definitely will be referring friends and family! I don't know why Back Market hasn’t gained more recognition..

It would’ve beeen a 5 star but the screen literally started popping out the phone and I know without a doubt I never dropped or injured my phone. The screen not completely out but on the left wide on the phone the screen is coming out a Little. It noticeable especiallly off you press down on it but with a cause not really noticeable. I didn’t but protection cause I wasn’t expecting anything to go wrong but besides. All that it perfect so thank you.

Phone was exactly as described, great condition. Payment issues when I first tried to order, and customer service was prompt and helpful to resolve issues processing. So far this was a great purchase for my kid's first iPhone. Awaiting the payment for our trade-in.

Phone is practically like new. No scratches on screen & battery health at 100% still. Worth every penny and then some. Got here relatively quick.

I am so happy with my purchase!!!! The shipping was fast, and it arrived in excellent condition! The device looks and feels BRAND NEW! It even came with a light transparent shell case! 5⭐️s for sure!

Well, shipping went smoothly and my IPHONE SE 2020 got here semi-quickly at least... I immediately updated the IOS and all other necessary apps and software but during that process I noticed something was off...the device seemed to run a bit clunky and not without technical difficulties.  I had to sign into APPLE ID multiple times and multiple ways before it actually signed in and allowed me to use other functions like the APP store with less interruptions. At one point the volume up button started making a random sound with each click up. There were a few other technical difficulties but these two were the only ones clear enough to explain without writing an even longer review! That was really frustrating and annoying!  Additionally, the battery seems to drain semi-fast already and the haptic feature on the home button flat out doesn't work. I know this to be an issue that comes from replacing the screen with parts that are NOT OEM.  Also, it's a good thing I didn't and dont (EVER) plan on using TouchID, because even after opting out, I still get a red notification in my settings asking me to "Finish Setting Up Your Iphone." I'm aware this part may be normal but there was so man...

Awesome experience, got the phone with 100% battery health, didn’t expect that at all. Got it in perfect condition. Would buy again!!
